CommunicationMore time has gone by and still nothing has been done. I've given all the documents needed, and at this point, it feels like I've been waiting forever. I asked to speak to a manager but haven't heard from anyone.

CommunicationI was pretty let down by my recent visit to 24 Sevres. I bought something that was supposed to give me a 10% bonus in points, but when I looked at my account, I only got 5%. It was annoying, especially because I picked that item specifically to get the bonus points. When I reached out to customer service to ask about it, they said I actually got 0% bonus points, which wasn't mentioned in the terms and conditions at all. This lack of clarity left a bad taste in my mouth and made me wonder if the rewards program was really on the level. Overall, this experience wasn't as good as my past dealings with the brand.
