Subscription service
I recently signed up for a subscription service that offers a bunch of informative documentaries and series. The interface is super easy to use, so I can easily browse through all the content and find something that catches my eye. The quality of the documentaries varies from good to excellent, and it makes for a really enjoyable viewing experience. Even though I don't use the service all the time, I think it's a great way to learn more about different topics. I had a little issue with the billing amount recently, but when I contacted customer service, they took care of it right away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service to any friends or family who are into educational stuff.

As someone who loves to keep learning and growing, I'm always searching for things to satisfy my curiosity and broaden my knowledge. I found this platform and was blown away by all the different topics they have. They cover everything from history to science to technology - there's something for everyone! Canadian viewer, CS subscription
I ended up signing up for a CS subscription last year during the pandemic when there weren't too many choices available. Gave it a shot but the content wasn't as science-focused as I was expecting, more on the mainstream side. Kinda forgot about it for a bit, then got surprised seeing a double charge on my bank account. Contacted customer service to get a refund and cancel, and gotta say Franz's quick and helpful reply was impressive. Customer service was on point.
Good documentaries, cancelled after a year
The documentaries are actually pretty good if you're into that kind of stuff, you know? I had to cancel after a year because I got way too busy to watch anything. But when I did cancel, there was a little mix-up. They fixed it right away and even gave me a refund without trying to make me stay. You don't see that very often with subscription services, so I really appreciated it. I'll definitely come back when I have more time to watch.

I was watching some documentaries and decided I needed my subscription to end, so I contacted the help people. They were really nice and helped me cancel it super fast. Auto-renewal subscription surprise
The programming is really interesting and I learned a lot. It's just too bad that my husband signed us up for auto-renewal before he passed away. When I saw the charge on my bill, I contacted the company to ask for a refund. They were super quick in getting back to me, super polite, and went out of their way to help, especially with everything I was dealing with. I was really impressed with how great their customer service was.
Discovery during boring lockdown
I came across this neat streaming service with a bunch of entertaining and informative videos to watch during the dull lockdown. I was thinking of ditching my subscription when it was up, but the folks in customer service were really great and helped me switch to a better plan that convinced me to stick around. The price is completely justified for all the awesome content you get access to.
Unauthorized charge resolved
I was so surprised when I checked my bank account this weekend and saw that $70 had disappeared! Turns out our cancelled subscription got magically upgraded to a pricier plan. After chatting online with customer service, Ms. Karen totally saved the day by not only cancelling the subscription but also giving me a refund super quickly. Can't believe how efficient and speedy she was!
