I ended up signing up for a CS subscription last year during the pandemic when there weren't too many choices available. Gave it a shot but the content wasn't as science-focused as I was expecting, more on the mainstream side. Kinda forgot about it for a bit, then got surprised seeing a double charge on my bank account. Contacted customer service to get a refund and cancel, and gotta say Franz's quick and helpful reply was impressive. Customer service was on point.

I came across this neat streaming service with a bunch of entertaining and informative videos to watch during the dull lockdown. I was thinking of ditching my subscription when it was up, but the folks in customer service were really great and helped me switch to a better plan that convinced me to stick around. The price is completely justified for all the awesome content you get access to.
