    My experience with my recent printer purchase was amazing. The printer actually came with full ink tanks, which was a nice surprise because some brands only give you starter tanks. It might seem a bit cheap in terms of quality, but it works great, which is the most important thing. The shipping was crazy fast, it arrived in just two days and shipping was free with UPS. Setting it up was quick and simple, and now it's sitting in the corner doing its thing. I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest this brand to others.

    I recently had this really tricky technical issue and I decided to get in touch with customer support for some help.     Scanner issue resolved with exceptional service

    I had a problem with my scanner the other day and the store staff member was really helpful. They figured out that my BT broadband discs weren't set up right, which was causing the scanning issue. They stuck with me and helped me fix it, so I could start using my scanner again. I was really impressed with how patient and caring they were.

    I bought 3 cameras, but each one needs a different battery and charger. My newest camera is supposed to charge the battery through the USB port, but it doesn't seem to be working.

    Costly printer

    The printer is way too expensive and just not worth it, eh. The dang ink absorber pads always fill up in no time, which means you gotta keep shelling out for servicing trips all the way to London, eh. And don't even get me started on Canon - they won't even send replacement parts or help ya out with error codes from a distance, so you're basically stuck with a useless printer. Total rip-off and super frustrating, eh!

    Canon printer MG5750

    I bought a Canon printer, the MG5750 model, and man, oh man, I've been super let down by it. Right from the get-go, this thing has had a rough time trying to grab hold of the paper for printing. It's been a huge headache and a huge waste of time every time I try to use it. I've pretty much been avoiding it like the plague, only using it when I really have no other choice. Wish I had done my homework and checked out some reviews before pulling the trigger on this printer, would've steered clear of this model for sure.

    EOS R10 camera

    The EOS R10 camera I got from you guys has been a total nightmare. It's shocking me when I plug it in, and there's this scary blue spark coming out of it. I've had it since December, but I haven't been able to use it at all because of these problems. Canon's reply to my complaint was disappointing - all they offered was to fix it or swap it for a similar model, which just isn't good enough for a brand new camera. And dealing with my cashback claim was a mess - it took a bunch of emails and me threatening to get the ombudsman involved just to sort out a simple issue with my claim. And now they're saying my own invoice isn't good enough as proof of purchase. This kind of incompetence and shady behavior is not okay, especially coming from a company like yours.

    This company is just awful! I tried to get my money back and it was a complete nightmare. They never respond to messages and the whole process is way too complex. I initially thought I didn't qualify, but out of the blue, I was approved. It took forever to finally get my money back. Their customer service is absolutely terrible.

    Canon Pixma Printer with subscription for ink model

    As a customer who just bought a printer, I gotta say, the customer service experience has been kinda disappointing. I went with a Canon printer after reading all the tech reviews, even though I was told to go for HP instead. The Pixma subscription model seemed like it would work well for me. But when I tried to set it up on the website, I ran into a bunch of problems. The site didn't even have the option for the subscription, so I had to reach out to Customer Service for help.

    I'm so shocked! They went and jacked up the price on ink, and on top of that, they shrunk the size of the cartridges! I used to always go for the bigger one, but now all they've got is the smaller size. It's really getting on my nerves!

    Two printers, one being a Pixma 3650S

    I recently bought two printers, eh. The first one, a Pixma 3650S, was alright. But the second one was total garbage, I tell ya. Only printed about 20 pages right before all sorts of problems came up. It was a real letdown, you know. Now I gotta toss it out, adding to the big ol' landfill. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of buying printers from this place, okay?

    Expensive camera equipment purchase

    I just bought a bunch of camera gear but man, it was a total disaster. I ordered the stuff, Canon took my money, and then out of the blue, they sent me an email saying they cancelled my order. I was so confused and frustrated. When I called customer service, they said there was a problem with my bank. I didn't believe them, so I tried ordering again with a different account, but the same thing happened. It's been a nightmare. I checked online reviews and lots of people have had the same problem because of Canon's mistakes. Now I have to wait up to a month to get my money back. I thought ordering from Canon directly would be easy, but it's been a mess. I'm super disappointed and unhappy with Canon right now.

    I'm really upset about the customer service I got at this place. I took my printer in for a fix because it was only three months old and still under warranty. But they wouldn't fix it or give me a new one, they said the warranty was no good. After looking at other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one who's had problems with their bad customer service.

    Camera and lenses bundle

    What a letdown! My husband and I both tried to order a camera and lenses bundle from here. He bought it as a guest using PayPal, while I took the time to make an account and used my credit card. And guess what? Both our orders got cancelled due to "discrepancies". What those discrepancies were remains a mystery, as no one at this company could provide any answers. When I called to ask about the cancellations, all I got was the same vague reason of 'discrepancies' with no further details. I insisted on speaking to a manager or filing a complaint, but I was shut down and told there was nothing more they could do. I work with finances every day at a bank, so I know my end was accurate. The suggestion to try placing the order a third time felt like an insult and I won't waste any more time on this. I'll be taking my business elsewhere after this frustrating experience.

    So, check it out - I had to ditch my old printer 'cause it was acting up all the time. And now this new one? Total disaster! It feels super flimsy, like it's made out of the cheapest plastic around. Compared to my trusty old printer that never caused me any grief, this new one is a joke! Now I gotta fork over cash for tech support just to keep it chugging along. What a waste of money, eh?
