Canon - Reviews and experiences

As a customer who just bought a printer, I gotta say, the customer service experience has been kinda disappointing. I went with a Canon printer after reading all the tech reviews, even though I was told to go for HP instead. The Pixma subscription model seemed like it would work well for me. But when I tried to set it up on the website, I ran into a bunch of problems. The site didn't even have the option for the subscription, so I had to reach out to Customer Service for help.

My experience trying to set up my new printer was so frustrating and disappointing. I spent hours trying to figure it out, but just ended up going in circles. The customer service wasn't much help, with confusing links that didn't really lead anywhere. It seems like lots of people are having the same problems, too. I couldn't even get the printer registered properly, so I couldn't even use it. It's been a total bummer and I'm super let down by the whole thing, eh.

I signed up for the repeat ink order service for my computer printer, eh? But, get this, Canon totally ignored my request to skip an order and just sent me a more expensive replacement without even asking, eh? I tried reaching out to customer service twice today, but all I got was a smug email saying they were happy to ship out my order. That is not cool, eh? Totally unacceptable behaviour. I am done dealing with them, eh?
