ServiceI had a problem with my scanner the other day and the store staff member was really helpful. They figured out that my BT broadband discs weren't set up right, which was causing the scanning issue. They stuck with me and helped me fix it, so I could start using my scanner again. I was really impressed with how patient and caring they were.

Luckily, I got connected with this really helpful and patient guy who walked me through the whole troubleshooting process, one step at a time. I was so impressed by his knowledge and really grateful for all the help he gave me. It was such a relief to chat with someone who really knew their stuff.

ServiceI'm really upset about the customer service I got at this place. I took my printer in for a fix because it was only three months old and still under warranty. But they wouldn't fix it or give me a new one, they said the warranty was no good. After looking at other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one who's had problems with their bad customer service.
