Shorts
I bought a pair of shorts at Innovo not too long ago and at first I was pretty happy with them. They were working great for about seven weeks, but then in the eighth week, a warning symbol with the number 6 began flashing. I tried following the instructions in the booklet to fix it, but the issue kept happening. It was disappointing because when the shorts were working fine, they were really good and I would have told others to get them. In the end, I was happy with the shorts at first but then ran into a technical problem that I couldn't easily fix.
Quick delivery, detailed instructions
My package showed up even sooner than I thought it would and it was wrapped up really nicely. The step-by-step guide made it a breeze to figure out and assemble. I can already see some changes after only 8 days of using it. I'm really pleased I went ahead and gave it a try.
Protective undergarments
While the protective undergarments have really helped with my leakage and urgency problems, I've been finding that there are still some small leaks happening every now and then. The product does a decent job overall, but I do wish the pants were a bit more durable.

The customer service at this store is amazing. They always get back to me right away whenever I have any questions or problems. I'm so thankful that they sent me a new pair of shorts to test out when my original ones didn't fit right. These shorts have really made a difference for me! I've been wearing them every day for the past 3 weeks, and I've already noticed a big improvement. I'll definitely keep using them for maintenance in the future.
Defective product
I bought something from this company not too long ago, but it ended up being all wonky. So I went and followed their return procedure and sent the thing back, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't gotten my money back. I've sent them a bunch of emails but haven't heard anything back. I've even had to go to my credit card provider to dispute the charge. This bad customer service is totally not okay and has really ticked me off.
Kegel shorts
Oh man, let me tell you about these Kegel shorts - they are absolutely life-changing! I've been using them for a while now and they've made such a difference. I only have to wear them twice a week now to keep everything in check. Seriously, they've been a game-changer for me!

I gotta tell ya, my experience with the customer service at this place was a total letdown. The person I talked to didn't seem to have a clue and couldn't help me with any of my questions. Urge incontinence product
Eh, this product really does work wonders, eh! In just two weeks of using it, I noticed a huge improvement in my urge incontinence. I had surgery before for my stress incontinence, so I was pretty surprised and impressed by how well this product worked, eh. The only downside is that it gave me a little irritation, but I'm handling it with some steroid cream. It's not that big of a deal compared to dealing with incontinence, and I'd take the irritation over the condition any day. It's like the discomfort you might get from biking without the proper shorts, eh.
Shorts malfunctioning after 1 month
Hey there, I bought these shorts from Innov, right? Used them for about a month and then boom, they start acting up. Not cool. But wait, it gets worse - I got an actual shock from them! Freaked me out, man. So, I reached out to customer service but got nothing back. Total silence. Super frustrating when you drop some serious cash on something that craps out on you so soon, and there's no help in sight. At first, they were all speedy and helpful when I was buying the shorts, but when things went south, they ghosted me. Disappointing, to say the least.
Excellent product, terrible customer service
I gotta say, the product itself was really great and did exactly what I needed it to do. But man, when I tried to get a hold of customer service, it was a total nightmare. When I bought those incontinence products to deal with my constant bathroom trips at night, I got them pretty fast. But I'm still not sure if they're doing the trick in helping with my symptoms. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they'll work better down the road.

Difficult to size, error code hassle, Generation 1, hard to put on but effective, back muscle strengthening
Finding the right size for my body shape was a real challenge, eh, especially with those error codes that made me return two pairs of pants. The first version of the product was a real pain to put on, but gotta say, they sure do the job. Not only do they make a noticeable difference, but I think they're also helping to strengthen my back muscles, eh.
