Shocks and stabilizer kit
So, I bought a shocks and stabilizer kit for my Jeep from this store not long ago. Can you believe they only shipped me part of the order? Like, missing a whole piece! Super annoying because I had already booked time at the shop to work on my Jeep and the delivery was supposed to be within 3-5 days. They didn't even keep me in the loop about the missing part or the delay online, which was so frustrating. Had to shell out extra for shop fees and make an additional trip to get everything sorted. The customer service response was pretty weak too, no sympathy and they wouldn't overnight the missing piece at their own expense. So, I had to pay for it myself. Kind of a letdown, to be honest.

Strong cases
These cases are top-notch quality and really sturdy, eh! We got a bunch for my dad's job and those bad boys have been through the ringer, but they've held up like absolute champs. However, when we attempted to get a broken latch fixed, it was like banging our heads against a brick wall. We filled out forms, made calls, sent emails, and still heard zilch back. It's beyond frustrating when you drop some serious cash on an item and can't even snag a simple part to fix it, you know? Now we're stuck with a bunch of cases just collecting dust, which is a major bummer.

I just bought a new pair of sunglasses from this store, eh, and had a little problem with the tracking number they gave me. So I contacted customer service, and what do you know, a real person got back to me super quick, eh? They fixed the issue right away, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how helpful they were. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had shopping online, for sure.

Recent footwear purchase
I recently bought a pair of work boots from your store because I've been a customer for a long time and always get new boots every year for my work in carpentry and painting. I used to trust the durability and quality of your footwear, but this time I was let down. The soles and support of the boots started falling apart after just a few uses, and the insoles are wearing out faster than before. I'm pretty bummed about the drop in quality and will be looking for a different brand next time I need boots.
