Cooler purchase
I got a new cooler for my family recently, thinking it would be great for keeping our drinks and snacks cold while we're out at the sports field all day. I did a bunch of research before I bought it, reading reviews and watching videos to make sure it was the right one. But man, was I ever let down by how it performed. Even though I did everything I could to make it work better, the ice was all melted within a day of packing it up, so all our drinks were warm and snacks felt like they were sitting out in the sun. I tried a bunch of different ways to pack it, but nothing seemed to make a difference. I feel like I wasted my money on this thing that seemed so promising but really didn't deliver.
Tough travel plastic case!
This case is amazing, eh! The foam inside is really easy to adjust to fit whatever you need to store. There's so much room in there, and I'm sure I can fit even more things in it down the line. It's much larger than I expected, like the size of a briefcase. Pelican always delivers top-notch cases, eh!
Faulty strobe light
I had this strobe light that I used all the time, but then it just stopped working on me. So I reached out to this lady named Samantha and she was so helpful, she got me a new one. Huge thanks to her!
Strong cases
These cases are top-notch quality and really sturdy, eh! We got a bunch for my dad's job and those bad boys have been through the ringer, but they've held up like absolute champs. However, when we attempted to get a broken latch fixed, it was like banging our heads against a brick wall. We filled out forms, made calls, sent emails, and still heard zilch back. It's beyond frustrating when you drop some serious cash on an item and can't even snag a simple part to fix it, you know? Now we're stuck with a bunch of cases just collecting dust, which is a major bummer.
iPhone 15 holster clip and latch for 8 wt cooler purchase
I bought an iPhone 15 holster clip and a latch for my 8 wt cooler from this store. The holster clip broke soon after I got it, and when I reached out to customer support, they were no help at all. On top of that, the latch for the cooler that cost me $80 was not good quality. I was pretty disappointed in the products, as well as the lack of quality control and customer service. It was a letdown as a customer.
Laptop case
I just bought a laptop case from this company, eh, and I gotta say, my experience trying to return it wasn't the best. The return policy they have in place is just brutal, eh. I did everything online like they said, but then they hit me with the news that I needed to reach out to their customer service directly if I wanted my money back. Like, seriously? It felt like they were just trying to make things hard for customers, eh. I was on the phone for ages and still haven't seen that refund come through, which is just not cool, eh. Next time, I'd suggest checking out B&H or Amazon for a smoother return process, eh.
Pint purchase
That was honestly the worst experience ever. The staff seemed so lazy and unhelpful, the service was just terrible, and the pricing was way too high for such poor quality. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
Out-of-stock color inconvenience
I had this one time where I wanted a specific color but it was sold out when I first ordered it. The next day, it magically became available. But when I called to switch my order to that color, they told me it couldn't be done because it was inconvenient. I was pretty bummed out because I was hoping for better customer service.
Bought that thingy
So I got this thing and everything seemed fine until it all went sideways. I had a problem with my order but they didn't give a darn. Not cool at all! I'm really bummed out about how they handled it, especially considering I'm in the military.
Shield for 13 Pro holsters
I got a shield for my 13 Pro holster at this store, and honestly, the whole experience was super disappointing. Ordering it was easy, but things went downhill when I needed to use the warranty. The staff straight up accused me of lying and stealing when I tried to make a claim for a broken holster clip. They said my receipt wasn't legit because I didn't buy the product right from their store, even though I got it from an authorized retailer. This kind of treatment from customer service is totally not cool and left me feeling so annoyed and disrespected.
