Quick shipping, poor quality
Review about: Overnight Glasses
The first pair of glasses I ordered showed up right on time, just like they promised. But, the quality was really bad because they broke in less than three weeks. It looks like a little plastic piece was supposed to hold the screw in place on the arm, but it wasn't strong enough. And the screw was screwed in way too tight. When I got in touch with customer service, they said they'd send me a new pair right away. But, after waiting for 10 days with no tracking info, I followed up and they said it would be shipping soon. The new pair is doing okay, but it was super frustrating to have to deal with such delays from a company that talks about how fast they are.

I bought some skincare products from this brand and they really let me down in the customer service department. I sent them a bunch of emails about my order, but didn't hear back at all. Now my credit card is showing charges that haven't gone through and I'm feeling pretty stuck.

They totally fooled me into making a payment for something I didn't even want! That customer service bot is completely useless and their billing tactics are sneaky and just plain wrong. We gave it a shot once, but never went back because it was way too complicated and not at all what we were looking for.

That was honestly the worst experience ever. The staff seemed so lazy and unhelpful, the service was just terrible, and the pricing was way too high for such poor quality. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
