Face oil and face wash purchase
I recently bought some face oil and face wash from your store. While I like the products themselves, I had some issues with the packaging. By accident, I got the face oil instead of the brightening serum because the packaging is quite similar. It would help if the products were more clearly labeled to avoid confusion for customers like me. Also, I had trouble finding the face wash I bought before because it wasn't easy to tell apart from other options. A better system for ordering past purchases would make shopping a lot better. And one more thing, the face wash I got didn't have a flip top lid, which I prefer for using in the shower.
Christmas order
Last Christmas, I ordered some stuff and I got an email saying it was delivered but I didn't see it anywhere. I called a number in the States from the UK and they were nice and said they'd give me my money back. But guess what? The next day my neighbor brought the package and hadn't told me, so I called StriVectin and they had already given me my money back but said I could keep the stuff. How cool is that? I used the cream on my face and neck and didn't think it was doing anything, but then I stopped using it and I noticed my skin started sagging. So, now I'm ordering more and actually seeing the improvements. Yay!
Neck cream for turkey neck
I've been using this brand's neck cream for a few months now and I have to say, it's made a huge difference for my skin. A while back, I was dealing with a medical issue that really affected my neck area and made me feel really self-conscious. But since using this product, the change has been incredible. Not only has my neck's appearance gotten a lot better, but my skin overall looks way more youthful and glowing. People have even commented on how good my skin looks and some have even thought I was younger than I actually am. This brand's products have really been a game-changer for me.

I bought this contour cream from this brand and let me tell you, it's become a must-have in my skincare routine. I've tested out some other products, but I always end up going back to this one. The website always has awesome deals, like discounts and freebies when you buy something, so it's really worth it for the quality of the products.
Hyperlift temporary eye tighten
Oh my goodness, I really wish someone had warned me not to get the Hyperlift temporary eye tightener! I used it only twice before the pump stopped working! And when I reached out to customer service, it felt like they were nowhere to be found! I swear, I won't be buying from that company again. Such a waste of money, honestly.
Vile smelling product
I bought something from this company recently and gotta say, it was a big letdown. The product stank like crazy, it was just awful. Even though I heard good stuff about it from other places, I just couldn't see why. And don't even get me started on their customer service - total joke. I tried to tell them about the problem but got no reply at all. Instead, they kept bugging me with emails to buy more stuff. My advice? Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else.
Wrong items in order
I got the wrong stuff in my order from this company and I'm so annoyed with how bad their customer service is. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't heard back in over a week. They say they have a phone number for customer service, but when you call, it just tells you to email them because they're too busy. I've spent over £100 on stuff I didn't even want and can't seem to get any help fixing the problem.
High priced, frustrating experience
I had a terrible experience with my purchase from your company. I spent a lot of money on products and I haven't got them yet. I tried to get some help but I never heard back from anyone. This lack of communication and customer service is not right.
Duo pack - Neck firming and contouring face cream
I bought this two-pack deal with neck firming and contouring face cream on sale. I've been using it every day for a couple of months now, but honestly, I haven't seen any difference in how firm or tight my neck feels. I'm not looking for a miracle at my age, but I was hoping for at least a little improvement. But, no such luck. I don't think this product is worth the money, so I won't be buying it again.
Faulty pump on recent purchase
I just bought this product not long ago and was pretty happy with how it worked at first. But, the pump on the last bottle I got doesn't even work. I tried to take it back to the store but they wouldn't accept it. I also reached out to the company but they couldn't help me either. It's frustrating to drop over $70 on something I can't even use. I even sent them pictures of the container with the date and product codes, but they kept asking for a receipt, which I think is kinda silly.
skincare products
I bought some skincare products from this brand and they really let me down in the customer service department. I sent them a bunch of emails about my order, but didn't hear back at all. They said they would send a text to confirm, but that never came through. I had to cancel my order because of the radio silence and I'm super annoyed because I couldn't even get in touch with them. Now my credit card is showing charges that haven't gone through and I'm feeling pretty stuck.
Hand creme purchase
I'm so disappointed with that hand cream! I was hoping it would be amazing, but it did absolutely nothing for my skin. I tried to return it after my vacation, but they wouldn't even consider it because I missed the refund deadline. Such a waste of money!
Peptide tightener for eyes
So, I bought this eye peptide tightener from a company recently, and by mistake, I ended up putting it on my neck. My neck quickly turned red and the skin eventually peeled off. It was really painful and scary, and got me thinking what would've happened if I used it on my eyes like I was supposed to. I tried to let the company know about the problem with the product, but they didn't want to admit any faults. They just kept talking about all the good reviews they have. I tried warning others on their website, but my posts kept disappearing. It's pretty worrisome how they are not being honest about this, so I feel like it's important to let others know about the risks with this product.
Overpriced eye creams
I've tried getting in touch with this company a few times now, and let me tell you, it's been a real headache. Every time I call, it's some robot on the other end of the line. And even when I leave messages like they tell me to, I never hear back. I even reached out for help because two of their eye products didn't agree with me, but again, no luck. Their customer service is just plain terrible, and I don't trust their products one bit. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company.
Faulty product received
I bought something from this company and man was it a total waste of my hard-earned cash. The pump on the bottle didn't work at all, no matter how many times I tried. I contacted customer service a bunch of times asking for a replacement, but all they did was give me lame excuses and useless info about how the bottles are manufactured. It was so annoying and made me feel like they were ripping me off. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.
