I just renewed my subscription and ran into some problems with the renewal dates not lining up. But the customer service folks were great and got it sorted out with the publisher real quick. I really liked getting all those updates while they were working on it.

Yeah, so I bought this thing and it turned out to be such a waste of money. I could have spent it on way better stuff, you feel me? I should've just stuck to my usual brand, but no, I had to go and try something different. And now I'm totally kicking myself for it. It's like, what was even the point, right? Ugh, so frustrating.
