Maternity and nursing clothing experience
The maternity clothes were okay, but I think they could have used better quality fabrics, you know? The prices kind of hyped me up, so I was a little let down. The maternity clothes fit nicely, but when it came to the nursing clothes, that was a whole different deal. They were way too big and I had to get them altered. The extra material for the baby bump was awesome while pregnant, but it ended up looking all loose and not cute when nursing. I really wish they had a separate line for nursing clothes, that would have been perfect.

Jeans order
I recently ordered a pair of jeans from this company, but they never showed up because of some shipping issues. I got in touch with customer service right away to let them know what was going on, and they said they’d check it out. That was about 3 weeks ago, and I still haven’t heard anything from them. In the meantime, I ended up ordering a pair of jeans from a different company on the same day, and I’ve been happily wearing them for the past 2 weeks. It’s a bummer that the first company hasn’t given me any updates or fixed the problem yet. I was really excited to try out their jeans, but it looks like that might not happen.

I just bought some toner cartridges and they ended up sending me the wrong ones. The quality wasn't great and I was pretty disappointed with how it all went down. My project management office needs good suppliers for our printing stuff, and this whole situation has me thinking twice about ordering from them again. They did say sorry and tried to fix it, but it felt more like a ploy to get me to buy more stuff than actually caring about making me happy as a customer.

Light and perfect stand mixer
I used to have this huge, heavy stand mixer but it was too much for me so I gave it to one of my kids. After a while of not having a mixer, I decided to get a smaller and lighter one for my baking. I found the perfect replacement at MoMA and after doing some research, I got it. As soon as I got it out of the box, I knew it was going to be good. I tried making lemon bread and pizza dough with it and it worked really well! It’s stable on my counter, not too loud, and mixes things smoothly. I already love it!

Purchased faulty furniture
Eh, so I bought some furniture not too long ago and boy was I disappointed. Turns out the foam cushions were all wonky, which was a real bummer. And to top it off, the customer service I got when I tried to sort it out was just not up to snuff. Seems like the quality of both the products and service has really taken a nosedive since the last time I shopped there. I reckon I'll have to think long and hard before I make another furniture purchase from that store, that's for sure.

Daytona boots purchase
I got myself a pair of motorcycle boots from this store not too long ago, and let me tell you, I am really happy with how good the quality is. These Daytona boots are comfy, tough, and provide great protection for when I'm out riding. But what caught me off guard was finding out about the extra custom charges of £120 on top of the £275 I paid. I really wish they had let me know about this from the start so I could have thought it over before going through with the purchase.
