Slow processing and failure to remit funds
Transfers take way longer than other services I've used, payments aren't going through because of an "invalid account" error. Dealing with problems with our local partners. I'll just stick with different platforms instead.

Trying to send money online
Oh my goodness, I was super pumped to send money online for the first time! The app was really user-friendly, but then I couldn't log in after switching to email verification. Like, what's going on with that?! I just wanted to send money to my cousin for their birthday, but now I'm stuck. Can you please help me fix this so I can use the app again? Thank you so much!
My lost transaction to Pakistan
So, I tried sending money to Pakistan and it turned into a total mess. I tried a bunch of times to fix it, but the person I sent it to couldn't get it because of some link problem with the service. The customer service people were no help at all and couldn't make things right, which made me really mad and annoyed. I ended up cancelling my service and asking for my money back, but nothing has happened yet. It feels like the reps don't know where the money is or how to fix the problem.

Unable to send money to Jamaica
I've been a loyal customer since 2019, but recently I've been having some trouble sending money to Jamaica. Even though I was told everything was okay with the service, I keep running into problems. The only choice I see for Jamaica is topping up airtime, which doesn't work for me. I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know clearly if this service is no longer an option in Jamaica.
Payment issue due to lack of card reader
Sorry, I had a big problem trying to send money using the app. You need a card reader to make the payment, and I don't have one. Even when I tried to pay with a QR code, my phone couldn't read it in the app. The switch between the QR code and the app didn't work right, so I couldn't finish the transaction.
Money transfer resolved
I just wanted to share that I had an issue with a money transfer, but the customer service team was able to resolve it quickly and professionally. There were some delays initially, but after I filed a complaint on May 15th, the team fixed the problem right away. I was actually thinking of deleting the app, but the way they handled my concerns has convinced me to keep using it. I was also impressed by how affordable the charges were. Big thank you to the Worldremit team, especially CARL, who made sure everything went smoothly until the money was successfully transferred. After I submitted the missing documents, the payment was processed in less than a day, and the receiver got the money on May 16th.
