The service was alright, but I think the pricing could be more competitive, especially for transfers under $50. I send money to lots of people often, so it's a hassle to have to send more money just to avoid higher fees. It would be good for the company to think about changing their pricing for smaller transactions to help more customers. Overall, it was okay, but there's definitely room to do better in this area.
Fast and easy money transfer
Sending money is so easy! You just have to enter the sender and receiver info once, which saves a bunch of time. Plus, the service fee is really affordable, so it's a fantastic deal! I've sent money many times and it's always speedy.

My experience with every bank transfer has been really frustrating, eh. They take the money out of my account, but then I always get an automated email saying I need to do something on my end. The dashboard keeps showing "awaiting funds", which is so annoying, eh. I mean, I know the app works fine, but it's just not as easy to use as I want it to be, you know?

The transfer to Ghana went well, it was quick and easy. But the transfer to Nigeria has been a total disaster. They're keeping the money and asking for all sorts of extra paperwork. I'm really not impressed with how things are going.

The transaction only took 12 hours this time, much faster than last month when it took over 5 days for the money to get there. Transfer experience feedback
I thought it was weird that they didn't ask for the receiver's name before I sent the money. Most other services do that to make sure everything is secure and give peace of mind to the person sending the money. It would be good if they added this feature to make things clearer and easier for users.
