ServiceI had a really good experience with the service. They fixed a mistake I made in the recipient's name right away on my first transfer. The mistake was because of the different alphabets used in transliteration, but the customer service helped me out quickly. It's handy that I can send multiple transfers to the same person, even though it might not be as fast as some others. The exchange rate for India is good though. I did give them the recipient's cell number for text updates, but they haven't gotten any messages yet.
