As a regular customer of this service, I've always had good experiences. Just the other day, I had a question about a money transfer I sent to my niece in Florida through this service. I reached out to customer service and was really happy with how quickly and effectively they helped me out. The person I talked to was super polite, knew their stuff, and fixed my problem right away. I'm impressed with the great customer service and will definitely keep using this service in the future.

I went to send money and it was so easy, eh? But then I had a rough time at another store where the person didn't know what they were doing. There was a self-serve machine at another place that was way better, eh.<br><br>Money sending here was smooth and quick, no complaints about that. But other places need to step up their game and be more efficient, eh.<br><br>Overall, happy with the service here. Just wish everyone was as good as them, eh.

My experience with MoneyGram has been pretty good overall. Sending money is easy and straightforward, but one thing that bugs me is having to re-enter the receiver's account number every time I want to send a different amount. It would be nicer if the account number could just stay saved until I feel like making changes.
