I used the money transfer service not too long ago and I gotta say, the app was super easy to use, which was great! But man, don't get me started on the customer service. Every time I tried to reach out for help, they would rudely hang up on me before even solving my problem. Dealing with financial stuff just makes it even more annoying. Eventually, I just gave up trying to get some help. Total nightmare, eh?
