CommunicationI had a problem with three transactions that got cancelled by the company. I tried talking to customer service using their chat feature but never got an email explaining what happened. MoneyGram not communicating properly is making things frustrating and concerning for us customers.

CommunicationAs a regular customer of this service, I've always had good experiences. Just the other day, I had a question about a money transfer I sent to my niece in Florida through this service. I reached out to customer service and was really happy with how quickly and effectively they helped me out. The person I talked to was super polite, knew their stuff, and fixed my problem right away. I'm impressed with the great customer service and will definitely keep using this service in the future.
