ComplaintsAs someone who's been using this service for a few months now, I've noticed that transferring money using this platform is really fast and easy. But, I've run into some problems because of the company's hidden rules. It's annoying to only find out about these rules when there's an issue that needs fixing, which just causes more headaches and slows things down. Despite these problems, my overall experience with Remitly has been good and I'm grateful for how convenient it is to send money overseas.

ComplaintsThe transfer to Ghana went well, it was quick and easy. But the transfer to Nigeria has been a total disaster. They're keeping the money and asking for all sorts of extra paperwork. I'm really not impressed with how things are going.
