ServiceI just wanted to share that I had an issue with a money transfer, but the customer service team was able to resolve it quickly and professionally. There were some delays initially, but after I filed a complaint on May 15th, the team fixed the problem right away. I was actually thinking of deleting the app, but the way they handled my concerns has convinced me to keep using it. I was also impressed by how affordable the charges were. Big thank you to the Worldremit team, especially CARL, who made sure everything went smoothly until the money was successfully transferred. After I submitted the missing documents, the payment was processed in less than a day, and the receiver got the money on May 16th. Overall, I'm a happy customer and really appreciate the excellent service. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🙂
