I contacted customer service several times, but they didn't give me a clear timeline for a solution. It was really frustrating, especially since I used a well-known company for the transfer. The website didn't have good communication or escalation options, which made things even harder. However, after I left a review sharing my worries, the problem was quickly fixed, and the person I sent the money to finally got it.
