I bought a kettle from this company and it's really good quality and works as it should. But, man, their customer service is awful. I had to return something and they made me get an authorization code to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. I've been trying to reach them for 11 days now but no response at all. It's super frustrating and has totally given me a bad impression of the company. The product is good, but I wouldn't suggest buying from them because their customer service is so bad.

My new water boiler is amazing! It arrived really fast and looks so cool. It's pretty small, just 1 liter, but the design more than makes up for it. I'm absolutely loving it!

I just bought a new glass for my Bodum coffee maker since the old one got smashed. I was happy to see how simple it was to find and buy the replacement glass. It was a fast and smooth process, plus the price was pretty good compared to other places. I liked that the glass was made in Germany, it made me trust that it was good quality.

I bought the plunger discs for my 1 liter French press two times now, but got the wrong ones each time. It's been really frustrating dealing with this because the website is not well set up and doesn't provide enough info about the products. I'd really like to talk to someone from customer service to help me get the right parts and maybe order more stuff. Even though there's been these mix-ups, I do like the French press series for its quality.

I bought some clear coffee mugs from you guys not too long ago, but when it showed up, one of them was cracked. I tried contacting customer service by email, but I haven't heard back yet and my issue hasn't been resolved. This kind of customer service just isn't okay, and because of this, I can't really recommend your company or your products to others.

I tried to get a warranty return on a coffee grinder I only used a little, and they wanted me to send a video. So, I sent it right away. But, I never heard back from them even though I sent many emails asking for updates.

The only downside was that there weren't many colour options for the sleeves when I bought it, so I only got one. Also, it was a bit tricky finding it on the website because it was under the coffee section instead of travel mugs.

I recently picked up the Bistro Knife Block to swap out my old one from Switzerland. Ordering was pretty simple once I got my account all set up. The two knife blocks showed up quickly and they looked pretty good. But I was a bit let down to see that the plastic rods weren't packed as tightly as my old one, so some knives were slipping in too easily. Plus, the bottom plate was detached from the side on one of the blocks. Now I need advice on which glue to use for reattaching it, maybe epoxy. Even with the quality control problems from the Portuguese manufacturer, I do like the shiny new look of the knife blocks and how they're easier to clean.
