Bodum - Reviews and experiences

I bought a kettle from this company and it's really good quality and works as it should. But, man, their customer service is awful. I had to return something and they made me get an authorization code to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. I've been trying to reach them for 11 days now but no response at all. It's super frustrating and has totally given me a bad impression of the company. The product is good, but I wouldn't suggest buying from them because their customer service is so bad.

I bought a pair of glasses, but they came in different heights. When I reached out to customer service about it, they basically said tough luck and nothing could be done. I felt really let down by their lack of help and empathy. Overall, I'm just frustrated and not happy with the service I received.

My new coffee pot is really awesome! It's taking the place of the one I accidentally broke. The customer service folks were so helpful when I didn't understand what an abbreviation meant on the website. They said I'd get an email when my order was sent out, but surprise! My new coffee pot arrived before I even got that email. Lucky I was home!
