Bought water bottle for Christmas
I signed up for a discount but they said it wasn't valid, what a rip-off! Customer service talked over me and didn't listen, terrible service. I told them I won't be back.
Personalized cup ordered
So, I decided to order one of those cool cups with my name on it, but when it finally showed up, the name was all messed up. I gave them a call, and they said to keep it and send some pics. They ended up sending me a new cup without even giving me a heads up and only refunded me for the messed-up name part, which I didn't even ask for. The cup itself is nowhere near as good as the Stanley ones, it's flimsy and super cheap looking. The customer service was brutal, and the products they sell are just awful. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother buying from them, they won't even give you a refund for their own mistakes!
Hydro Flask water bottle
I recently bought a Hydro Flask water bottle and man, was I disappointed. Online and in their ads, they show the lid all centered and fancy with no silver pins in sight. But when I finally got my hands on it and screwed on the lid, there they were - big ol' silver pins sticking out and off to the side, not at all like they advertised. It totally wrecked the sleek look that drew me to the product in the first place. Felt like I was lied to, you know? For a product that costs so much, the quality just didn't live up to the hype they were selling. After that, I can't in good conscience recommend their stuff to anyone.
Water bottle, aesthetics, function
The water bottle I bought seemed pretty cool at first, with a strong cap and a handy carrying strap. But let me tell you, it couldn't handle everyday use. I tried wiping off a mark and it ended up stained, and when I accidentally dropped it, the bottom got all bent out of shape. So, if you ask me, go find a water bottle that doesn't need to be babied just to keep looking nice and working right.
Stainless steel water bottle
I just bought a stainless steel water bottle from this company, and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. I had a little problem with the product, not even their fault, but the person I talked to handled it with kindness and know-how. And let me tell you, the bottle itself is great quality - I use it all the time and it works perfectly. Yeah, it was a bit pricey, but the amazing service I got definitely made it worth the money. All in all, I'm one happy and thankful customer.
Stainless steel flask purchase
The stainless steel flask I bought from your store was a letdown. When I used it for the first time, I saw two big scratches that had scraped off the coating. It was pricey, and I was hoping for better quality from a well-known brand. I contacted the customer service through the UK team since I'm not in the US, but they didn't seem too bothered or eager to help. In general, the whole experience of buying and using the flask was not great and now I have a bad opinion of it.

Stainless steel water bottle with a skunk, rotten egg smell
I just bought a stainless steel water bottle and, to my bad luck, it smelled like a skunk mixed with rotten eggs and I could not get rid of that stench, no matter what I did. I emailed customer service to ask for some help in solving the problem, but they never got back to me. I was pretty bummed out at the lack of response and it left me feeling really frustrated. I've always been a faithful customer and loved their products, but this whole situation has really let me down.
Waste of money
These water bottles are just not worth it, eh? They say they can handle tough situations, but let me tell you, they dent and break way too easily. You end up having to replace them much sooner than you'd think.
Warranty claim replacement
I recently tried to use my lifetime warranty to get a replacement for my product, eh. I ran into a problem with the website not letting me upload a photo, even after trying different file formats. And don't even get me started on the error message - it had all sorts of wonky grammar. I tried calling, emailing, even sliding into their DMs on Instagram, but it took a whopping 3 weeks to get a response on Facebook messenger. If possible, I'd suggest buying from a different platform like Amazon, eh. Shipping was usually okay for me, but it seems like others have had a rough go of it. I'll still shop with this company, but hopefully, I won't need to deal with customer service again, eh.
Leaking lid replacement
I had a problem with the lid of my water bottle leaking, so I decided to contact customer service to see if they could help me out. They got back to me right away and asked for some more info. I gave them what they needed, and within a week, I got a new lid sent to me. I was super impressed with how quick and easy the whole process was. All in all, I'm happy with how everything went down with the customer service team.
Insulated water bottle
I bought a fancy insulated water bottle from the website, eh. But, gosh darn it, I've run into some issues with getting my order. I put in my order on December 15th and now it's already December 24th, and I still haven't heard a peep about it getting shipped out. It's really grinding my gears and letting me down, eh. I just wish they'd keep me in the loop better and give me some updates on where my order is at, ya know?

I recently bought a Hydro Flask bottle and let me tell you, it's been a real letdown. It's been almost 5 weeks and I still don't have my order. I've reached out to their customer service four times now, but all I get are vague responses about how their system is being "remodeled" or I'm told to email them through a different link. It blows my mind that a company this big doesn't have a proper online support system. The lack of communication and the delay in delivery is driving me crazy. I even wrote a bad review online, but I don't think anyone even noticed. If you're thinking about getting a Hydro Flask, I suggest looking somewhere else to avoid all the hassle.
Steel water bottle
I recently bought a steel water bottle from your company and I gotta say, it was a real letdown. The package didn't show up when it was supposed to, which was a huge pain 'cause I really needed it right away. Even though I was promised it would come on time, I got a last-minute message saying there were problems at the warehouse and it wouldn't ship 'til Monday, even though I ordered it well in advance. And when I asked for a refund since I never got the item, I was told it wasn't an option. So now, I'm stuck with no bottle and no money. And to top it off, when I called to ask about the situation, the person I spoke to accused me of stealing the bottle! The customer service I got was totally unacceptable, and now I'm feeling super frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.
Christmas gift mix-up
My dad got me this awesome water bottle for Christmas, but you won't believe it - they sent the wrong colors not once, but twice! First, we got lemon yellow, then a blue one when we actually asked for mint. They said we could keep both, which is sweet I guess, but I really had my heart set on that mint one. The good thing is they're both in mint condition, so I guess it's not all bad!

I bought a Hydro Flask water bottle because everyone says they're amazing at keeping your drink cold or hot for a long time. But man, it took forever for my order to come in. I ordered it in November and didn't get it until January! And when I asked about my order, some lady was super rude and only offered me a small refund even though I paid full price plus shipping! It was so unfair! I thought this was supposed to be a good brand, but now I know the truth. I won't be buying from them again.

I gotta say, the customer service was alright. The reps were pretty helpful in dealing with my issues. But man, was I let down when my first package arrived empty. Like, where's the water bottle I ordered, you know? They said they'd send a replacement, but it's been 6 days and still no word on where it's at. And they promised 2-day shipping, what gives?
Defective item return experience
That return policy is just awful, no doubt. I bought something and it was a dud, but get this - I had to foot the bill for return shipping, even though it wasn't my fault. And get this, the item I got wasn't even on the list for returns according to their site, which is just nuts. Plus, a measly 30 days to return it and it has to be unused? Give me a break. What a letdown!

I tried to make a warranty claim for my stainless steel water bottle that's only 2 months old, but they said they can't ship to Canada! I sent all the photos and info they asked for, even included my receipt. What else can I do to get a new lid?
