I signed up for a discount but they said it wasn't valid, what a rip-off! Customer service talked over me and didn't listen, terrible service. I told them I won't be back.

So, I decided to order one of those cool cups with my name on it, but when it finally showed up, the name was all messed up. I gave them a call, and they said to keep it and send some pics. They ended up sending me a new cup without even giving me a heads up and only refunded me for the messed-up name part, which I didn't even ask for. The cup itself is nowhere near as good as the Stanley ones, it's flimsy and super cheap looking. The customer service was brutal, and the products they sell are just awful. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother buying from them, they won't even give you a refund for their own mistakes!

I recently bought a Hydro Flask water bottle and man, was I disappointed. Online and in their ads, they show the lid all centered and fancy with no silver pins in sight. But when I finally got my hands on it and screwed on the lid, there they were - big ol' silver pins sticking out and off to the side, not at all like they advertised. It totally wrecked the sleek look that drew me to the product in the first place. Felt like I was lied to, you know? For a product that costs so much, the quality just didn't live up to the hype they were selling. After that, I can't in good conscience recommend their stuff to anyone.

The water bottle I bought seemed pretty cool at first, with a strong cap and a handy carrying strap. But let me tell you, it couldn't handle everyday use. My dad got me this awesome water bottle for Christmas, but you won't believe it - they sent the wrong colors not once, but twice! And get this, the item I got wasn't even on the list for returns according to their site, which is just nuts. Plus, a measly 30 days to return it and it has to be unused? Give me a break. What a letdown!

I tried to make a warranty claim for my stainless steel water bottle that's only 2 months old, but they said they can't ship to Canada! I sent all the photos and info they asked for, even included my receipt. What else can I do to get a new lid?
