Eh, the hand-knit scarf I got from this place was so amazing, eh! The material was top-notch and the craftsmanship was spot on. It kept me warm and looking stylish all winter long. What I love most is knowing it was made ethically, with artisans in Peru getting fair wages for their work. I always try to support brands that care about sustainability and community.

Defective Hokas, Unprofessional Customer Service
I just bought some shoes from this company, but they turned out to be defective. So, I contacted customer service to try and sort it out. They said I could only get a store credit for the return fee. But when I asked to exchange the shoes for the right ones, they told me I'd have to pay the return fee and shipping fee, which added up to $50. I asked for that amount in store credit, since it was the company's mistake, but my request was totally ignored. After I emailed them again, I got ghosted. This kind of unprofessional behavior is just not okay and really disappointing.

Insulated water bottle
I bought a fancy insulated water bottle from the website, eh. But, gosh darn it, I've run into some issues with getting my order. I put in my order on December 15th and now it's already December 24th, and I still haven't heard a peep about it getting shipped out. It's really grinding my gears and letting me down, eh. I just wish they'd keep me in the loop better and give me some updates on where my order is at, ya know?
