    Comfortable and high-quality activewear

    I bought some activewear from this store recently and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The quality of the stuff is amazing and they are so comfortable to wear.     FrostKnit set purchase

    I just bought a FrostKnit set (pants and top) from your store because I thought it would keep me cozy during the chilly months. But man, was I let down when I found out that the fabric wasn't all that warm like it claimed to be. Not only that, but it also let off a bunch of stinky fumes. As soon as I opened up the package, I could smell that gross odor coming from the clothes. Turns out, it was because of offgassing. I can't even imagine how bad it must have been for folks with a better sense of smell than me.

    Inconsistent sizing

    I had such a frustrating time with this company, eh. Their customer service sucks, man. I swear, it feels like a robot is replying to all the emails. I had a problem with the sizes of the stuff I bought, and they were useless in trying to help me out. I got fed up and sent the items back, but they lost the return package. I had to go through the whole rigmarole of filing a claim with my credit card just to get my money back, eh. It's crazy that I still haven't talked to a real person. And you can tell they don't check their stuff properly because the sizes are all over the place.

    Fake Gucci Sunglasses instead of Wilson Tennis Shoes

    I bought two pairs of Wilson tennis shoes from this place, but instead of getting what I wanted, I got some fake Gucci sunglasses. Total rip-off! Everything seemed fine until the package came, and then it was a huge disappointment. Don't waste your money here, folks.

    Horrible clothes

    I bought some clothes and they were just terrible. They looked nothing like what I saw online, the colors were all wrong, the fabric felt cheap... everything was just off. And then, to make it even worse, they charged me 25 whole dollars to ship it to me, and another 25 to return it. And when I did return it, they only gave me back half of what I paid. Like, what a rip off! And guess what, they expect you to go all the way to a UPS drop-off point with an unsealed package so the workers there can check it out. Seriously, who has time for that?? It's 2022! I am never shopping there again, no way. I'll make sure to tell all my friends about this and make sure nobody else falls for it. Peace out! ✌

It's pretty shady if you ask me, especially since they're using these fake reviews to sell their stuff.

    Defective Hokas, Unprofessional Customer Service

    I just bought some shoes from this company, but they turned out to be defective. So, I contacted customer service to try and sort it out. They said I could only get a store credit for the return fee. But when I asked to exchange the shoes for the right ones, they told me I'd have to pay the return fee and shipping fee, which added up to $50. I asked for that amount in store credit, since it was the company's mistake, but my request was totally ignored. After I emailed them again, I got ghosted. This kind of unprofessional behavior is just not okay and really disappointing.

    Husband's oversized sweater

    I recently bought a big ol' sweater for my man from this company. The sweater was alright quality - nothing to write home about but not lousy either. The problem we ran into was that the medium size we ordered ended up fitting more like a large. Because of this sizing mix-up, we decided to send it back. But, what should've been a simple return process turned into a bit of a headache.<br><br>Even though we sent the sweater back on December 17, well before the return rush after the holidays, we didn't get our refund until January 9. That wait was just not cool and left a bad taste in our mouths. I had to get in touch with customer service to ask about the delay, and only then did they finally give me my money back. It was disappointing to have to chase them down for something that should've been done right away and smoothly.<br><br>To be honest, this whole thing has me second-guessing ordering from this company again. I'd advise others to keep a close eye on their credit card statements after making returns, because it looks like refunds might not be processed as quickly as you'd hope. A company should care about customer satisfaction and make sure that refunds are handed out promptly, without the customer needing to bug them over and over.

    I was super pumped to get my new clothes from this brand, but man, was I let down by the customer service I got. I had a problem with my order and when I tried to reach out, it was like pulling teeth. It took forever for them to get back to me, and when they finally did, they didn't even fix the issue. I sent them another email to follow up, but it's been radio silence ever since. I love their clothes, but their terrible customer service is a real bummer.

    Expensive pants, poor fit

    I recently bought a pair of pants that were really expensive, and let me tell you, it was a bad move. They didn't fit right at all, and when I tried to return them, I only got a little bit of my cash back. What a scam! I definitely won't be coming back here to shop. The service was terrible, I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer. It's obvious that this company is all about money, not about making sure customers are happy. Outdoor Voices just lost a customer who could have come back because of their awful service and lack of caring.
