I'm super disappointed with the terrible service from this seller. I ordered weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about my purchase. I've tried calling and emailing multiple times but no luck. It's frustrating to see that they're not taking orders on their website anymore, but also not providing any updates to customers like me. The lack of communication is just not okay, so now I'm talking to my payment provider to try and get a refund.

I just got back from the best vacation ever! We saw so many amazing places and did a lot of fun stuff. The tour guide was hilarious and shared all the interesting history of the places we went to. The hotels we stayed at were super fancy and the food was absolutely delicious.

As a stylist, I've bought a bunch of hair extensions from this company without any problems. But, when I got a pair of halo extensions for me and a client, both wires snapped within a week. They were pricey, but the quality wasn't as good as other brands I've used before. I tried to contact the company for an exchange, but got no reply at first, and then just a robotic response. It was disappointing because I had recommended the brand to my client based on my past good experiences. I wasn't able to fix the extensions for my client or return them, which made me feel like I let her down as a stylist.

So, I came across this company from a video on Reddit and thought I'd give it a try. I ended up getting a brass slider belt and was really surprised by how fast it arrived, especially since I'm in the UK. The packaging was done nicely and made the whole thing feel more special. The belt itself is great, no issues at all and I really like the design. Being on the skinny side, I noticed that the belt wraps around to my back, but I'm happy that there are instructions on how to adjust it. So hey, just wanted to tell you about my recent trip to the store in East Gwillimbury, Ontario where I bought some renovation stuff. They had a pretty impressive variety of products, which was cool. But man, the place was kind of a mess! The shelves were all dusty, so I had to ask someone to clean them up before I could even start looking around. And don't even get me started on the women's washroom - it was gross, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I mentioned it to an associate, they said there were some issues with management that were affecting the store's cleanliness. It's a shame because they really do have some good stuff there, but they really need to step up their game when it comes to keeping things tidy.

I finally found a great insurance option after going back and forth, thanks to Emma! Mathieu, the representative, was amazing and made the whole process easy for me. Now, my boys and I are all insured at a really good rate, and I feel so much better knowing we're protected.

I recently bought a pair of pants that were really expensive, and let me tell you, it was a bad move. They didn't fit right at all, and when I tried to return them, I only got a little bit of my cash back. What a scam! I definitely won't be coming back here to shop. The service was terrible, I felt ignored and unimportant as a customer. It's obvious that this company is all about money, not about making sure customers are happy. Outdoor Voices just lost a customer who could have come back because of their awful service and lack of caring.
