I recently booked a small group tour of Scandinavia with this company. The itinerary looked good, so my partner and I decided to book it six months in advance. But, just two months before the trip, we got an email saying the tour was cancelled because of operational issues and not enough people signed up. And then when we asked for compensation for the costs we had already paid, they rudely told us they didn't have to give us anything back. As a customer, it was really disappointing to see them not take any responsibility or care about our situation. So, we definitely won't be using this company again and will check out other options like Gate 1 for our next trips.

My experience with the European tour organized by this company was not great. The schedule was all over the place, with quick visits to crowded tourist spots and not enough time to really soak in the local vibes. I felt like I was just a number, moving from place to place without really getting to know any of the destinations. The food was okay, nothing special, and the hotels were alright but nothing to rave about. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this tour if you're wanting a meaningful travel experience.
