CancellationI recently booked a small group tour of Scandinavia with this company. The itinerary looked good, so my partner and I decided to book it six months in advance. But, just two months before the trip, we got an email saying the tour was cancelled because of operational issues and not enough people signed up. And then when we asked for compensation for the costs we had already paid, they rudely told us they didn't have to give us anything back. As a customer, it was really disappointing to see them not take any responsibility or care about our situation. So, we definitely won't be using this company again and will check out other options like Gate 1 for our next trips.
