    I've been coming back to this company for a while now, buying stuff for my grandkids, friends, and other family kids. I recently snagged some great deals in a VIP sale and ordered clothes for my grandson and the new granddaughter on the way in February. The whole ordering process was smooth, and I liked getting all the info I needed, like delivery times from DPD. Our package arrived this morning, and I had a nice chat with Izzy online, who fixed a tiny issue quickly.     I recently bought some kids' rain boots from here and let me tell you, the packaging was amazing. The boxes they were in looked top-quality, leaving a great first impression. However, I was a bit let down when I saw there was only one bag of haribo jelly candies in the box. This led to a little disagreement between my two kids since there were two pairs of boots. It seemed like poor planning on their part to only give one candy bag. As a side note, I recently watched a show on Netflix that got me thinking about the inclusion of sweets in the package. It made me wonder if this could possibly create some negative brand associations.

    Unfortunate experience

    I had a really bad experience with my order from this store. I gave them proof that my return was delivered, but at first, they said they didn't get it. After going back and forth a lot, they finally admitted they got it but then said the tag wasn't on it, so no refund. It seems like they'll do anything to not give money back to customers. When I looked at other reviews, it was obvious I wasn't the only one with this kind of problem. I asked them to check the security camera footage of my return being unpacked to show the tag was there, but they said no. I was super let down by the whole thing and think this store really needs to work on their customer service.

    The service from ChildrenSalon was amazing, they had a bunch of really good clothes for kids to choose from. Ordering stuff was easy and no stress and the customer service team knew their stuff and was really helpful when I had questions. But, the delivery service they used wasn't great. Even though I clearly said to leave the parcel in a safe spot to keep it dry, the courier just ignored that and left it out in the rain. They almost wrecked the stuff inside by not paying attention to what I said.

    My experience with Children Salon has always been great, with lots of beautiful choices to pick from. But it's when things go wrong that their customer service really stands out. Recently, I ordered 3 items for delivery overseas, but only 2 showed up. Even though it wasn't their fault, the customer service team, especially Laura and Lauren, were so amazing. They replied to my messages quickly, called me to talk about the problem, and made sure to send the missing item. I was really impressed by how they went the extra mile for their customers.

    I really love this store, eh! They have really awesome clothes for kids, even though some of them can be a bit pricey. But they also have sales and affordable luxury items which is great. And the quality is top-notch, eh! They always ship my stuff super quickly, it comes in such nice packaging, and they even throw in some free candy! The app is amazing because you can earn points and get cool rewards like free delivery, eh. I always shop for Babidu and other brands from Spain, Italy, and Portugal. I highly recommend it, eh!

    I bought a snowsuit from your store not long ago and had a problem with the hood size. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times but the issue didn't get fixed properly. The hood on the snowsuit I got was too small, so I couldn't even use it. I even spoke to the brand but the problem still wasn't sorted out. I did end up getting a refund in the end, but I was disappointed with the lack of care and customer service.

    Order went through, payment issue, asked for bank transfer

    So, I bought something from this company not too long ago and gotta tell ya, it was a letdown. Everything seemed fine at first but then I got a message saying there was a problem with my payment, even though the money was already taken from my account. They wanted me to do a bank transfer to fix it, which sounded kind of shady. I wasn't cool with that, so I just asked for my money back. All in all, a pretty sketchy situation and I won't be buying from them again.

    Girls country life cotton tights

    I was pretty happy with how quickly my first order arrived and how well it was packaged. The girls' country life cotton tights looked good at first, but then I noticed a hole after wearing them just once. I asked for a replacement, but they only offered me a store credit instead, and I had to pay for shipping for the new item. It felt like they were doubting my complaint just because the designer had already sold over 200 without any issues. I mean, can any product really be flawless?
