I recently bought some kids' rain boots from here and let me tell you, the packaging was amazing. The boxes they were in looked top-quality, leaving a great first impression. I just wanted to share what happened to me recently with this company. I ordered two moisturizers and a face wash, but only got the moisturizers. So, I reached out to customer service about the missing item. They asked for proof and didn't seem very eager to fix the mistake. It's just so annoying dealing with a company that won't own up to their mistakes. Long story short, I won't be ordering from them again. I just can't deal with their unreliable service.
