    Christmas order

    I ordered some Christmas gifts not too long ago, and I gotta say I'm pretty let down by the whole situation. It's already December 17th and I haven't heard anything about my order. I haven't gotten any updates at all, not even an email or anything. I've tried calling customer service a bunch of times, but it's either busy or no one answers. I've also sent messages, but no one's gotten back to me. This lack of communication is just not cool, especially during Christmas when people are counting on their gifts arriving on time. I'm thinking about asking my bank for a refund because I don't think my order is coming anytime soon. This whole thing has been super frustrating and disappointing, I gotta say.

    Gothic boots purchase

    So I just bought a pair of Gothic boots from this place, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! I got them in November as a birthday gift for my best friend, and come February, I get an email saying they couldn't get them. No heads up, no other options given, just a message saying too bad for me. So I gave it another shot, thinking maybe it was a one-time thing. But nope, second time around, still not available. And to top it off, they won't even give me a refund. What kind of shady business is this? Save yourself the hassle and don't bother spending your time and money here, folks.

    Pink marble effect skull

    I just bought a pink marble effect skull from this company and I was so disappointed with what I received. It was totally not what I ordered - it wasn't even the right colour, barely had any marble effect, and had these awful orange ink smudges on it. And when I reached out to customer service about getting the wrong item, they were no help at all and didn't even offer to refund the shipping. They actually made me pay to send it back! This whole thing made me so frustrated and I feel like I got scammed. I won't be shopping with them again and I suggest others avoid them too.

    Three pots of hair dye

    I am so frustrated with my experience with this company. I bought three pots of Lunar Tides hair dye, hoping for a fresh new look. But the product didn't do anything to my hair at all. I contacted Attitude Clothing for help, and at first, they were helpful in reaching out to the company for me. But as soon as I mentioned wanting a refund, they started ignoring my messages. It's not right, the lack of communication and support. I feel like I've been left hanging with no solution in sight. I even tried reaching out on social media with the hashtag #lunartidesreview, but still no reply. Overall, dealing with this company has been a letdown and really frustrating.

    At first, I was kinda unsure about buying from this website because of some bad reviews I saw, but I gotta say, ordering from them was actually really good. It was super easy and simple, and I was surprised at how fast I got the tracking numbers for both of my orders. The royal mail deliveries showed up just two days later, which was pretty quick. The stuff I got is good quality and has a cool, different vibe that I know my emo son will love. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought and how fast it got here.

    I just bought a bunch of clothes from your store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what I got. Everything was nicely wrapped up with bubble wrap so it didn't get wrecked in the mail. But I did run into a little problem when I tried to pay with my card and had to use a different way to pay, which was a pain. I was also crossing my fingers for free shipping but I didn't hit the minimum spend. Even with those bumps, the delivery was surprisingly fast, only took a week to get here after I ordered.

    I recently bought a pair of black boots and a dress with a skull print from this store. The courier left the package outside my door, but sadly, it disappeared before I could grab it. I reached out to customer service about the issue, and not only were they super rude, but they also kept giving me the runaround, saying they'd "get back to me" but then not following up for two weeks.     The swimwear and bikinis are so cute, but some of them don't have the right sizes. It took two weeks for delivery, which felt like forever. I didn't want to bother with sending them back because it would be too much of a hassle. The return process is in the UK too, which is not convenient at all. The styles are great, just make sure to measure yourself properly before buying. I used a tape measure and even though I've lost weight, the rings on the swimwear were poking me. Overall, the clothes are really nice, but just watch out for the sizing.

    So I had this really crappy experience trying to get my money back for something I sent back. I did all the steps they told me to do for the return, like registering it online and sending back the boots that cost $106.99. But it's been almost 3 months now and I still haven't gotten my refund. I've had to bug them constantly for updates and now they're saying I need a receipt from the post office, but I never got one. I've asked twice now to make a formal complaint, but they haven't even acknowledged my requests. It's frustrating as heck!
