I recently bought some hair dye from this company during the holiday season and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out about the whole thing. The company didn't communicate very well, especially at a time when customers might have questions or issues with their orders. There wasn't much info on their website about their holiday hours, so people like me were left in the dark about when we could expect a response to our questions. Plus, the fact that they don't link to a reliable review platform like Trust Pilot makes me question how transparent and committed they are to customer feedback. Unfortunately, I had to buy the same hair dye at a higher price from Amazon for same-day delivery because I needed it ASAP. All in all, it's been a frustrating experience and I'm pretty disappointed with the service I received.
