I bought this fancy red case and strap, thinking it was good quality. But guess what? After only 16 months, the metal connector just fell right out, and now there's no replacement to be found. Not cool at all!

I just bought a bunch of clothes from your store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with what I got. Everything was nicely wrapped up with bubble wrap so it didn't get wrecked in the mail. But I did run into a little problem when I tried to pay with my card and had to use a different way to pay, which was a pain. I was also crossing my fingers for free shipping but I didn't hit the minimum spend. Even with those bumps, the delivery was surprisingly fast, only took a week to get here after I ordered.

I just bought a new travel vest to replace my old reliable one from 2011 that's been through a lot. The quality and toughness of this vest have been top-notch, and I'm amazed at how well it's held up all these years.

The platform has a bunch of software deals, like BrainCert and Nuelink, that are pretty good. But I think they could do better with offering a wider range of deals and improving their quality. I think there's definitely room to bring in better deals down the line. Customer service is a bit lacking, with slow responses to questions about deals and not much help from the founders. The website could be easier to use too, like being able to go back to the deal page from the purchases section more smoothly. Adding categories like social media and AI writers could make the user experience even better.

The customer service at this store is amazing. I had a small issue with my order and they really went out of their way to fix it fast and effectively. The Urban sneakers I got are exactly what I wanted - they're light, supportive, easy to put on and take off, and super comfy. I'm really pleased with my purchase!
