Bandolier is definitely my new fave place to shop for phone accessories. I'm big on designer labels, and I gotta say, this brand is top of the line when it comes to high-end designer phone accessories. Their products are not just super pretty, but also super high quality. I really love their signature pebbled leather, it just adds a touch of luxury to everything. For example, I've got the Lily heart pouch in black and red, and the beautiful Dillon bag. Most recently, I picked up the black leather tote for work. The customer service here is amazing. When I had a small issue with one of the straps, they quickly replaced it with no problem. They're so responsive to emails and always ready to help, it really makes them stand out. I totally recommend checking out this brand for all your phone accessory needs.
Recent Bandolier case purchase
I recently bought a Bandolier case, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. It's so handy having all my must-haves like cash, lip balm, and credit cards all together in one spot. It's a game-changer not having to lug around a big purse all the time. The design of the case is really sleek and stylish, and I love that I can pick from different colors and styles. The only downside I found was that the strap wasn't adjustable and the material was kinda scratchy on my neck. I ended up swapping it out for a comfier strap I had lying around. Hopefully, in the future, they'll offer more options for the strap to really customize the experience.

Their products are not only practical but also super stylish and classy. I recently got the Ariel wristlet in iridescent pearl/gold, and I'm absolutely in love with it. Every time I take it out, I get tons of compliments and I'm always happy to share about the brand that has totally transformed the way I carry my stuff. This is my third Bandolier purchase and definitely not my last. I'm already thinking about which one to get next!

Phone case with strap
I recently ordered a phone case with a strap from this company, and I have to say I am quite disappointed with the overall experience. The case itself is great, but the process of actually receiving my full order was a nightmare. At first, I only got the strap and had to wait a long time for the case to arrive, which was really frustrating. It seems like this company doesn't prioritize the UK market, as they use American couriers and have issues with shipping. The replacement shipment with FedEx was basically useless in the UK, taking longer to move around the country than it did to come all the way from California to the UK. They kept saying they were doing their best, but they really need to improve their understanding of the UK market or get some help if they want to succeed here. On top of that, the case itself is nice, but it's not compatible with iPhone holders in cars and wireless charger plates, which is disappointing.
Clip attachment issue
The clips that connect the strap to the phone case are not good at all. They keep coming off, causing the phone to fall. We lost the small metal clips, and we were bummed to find out that the case was no longer under warranty. We couldn't even get new clips to replace them. We had to make do with using wire or paper clips, which made the case look way less cool. The case isn't very durable overall, and we're not happy with the customer service we got from the company.
Lena case in sienna, pouch, key attachment, Emma bag, Christmas gifts
I am totally in love with the stuff I got from this store. The Lena case in sienna is not just good looking, but also practical, fitting my 5 cards and a bit of cash. The pouch and key attachment go really well with the case, completing the set. I liked mine so much that I even bought 2 more cases as Christmas gifts. I also ordered the Emma bag recently and I'm super excited for it to arrive. The customer service was amazing - I reached out to them about a shipping price change and they got back to me the same day, helping me out. All in all, a really awesome shopping experience!
Baby gift bandolier
I got a bandolier as a gift when my baby was born and I really liked it. It was cool and easy to use. But then, about a year later, one of the D rings broke. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help me. I was happy to see how good they were! They sent me a new case without charging me and they were really easy to talk to. Our emails back and forth were quick and nice. In the end, I'm super happy with the help I got and I would definitely tell others to check out this company. I'm excited to buy more stuff from them in the future.

I bought something not too long ago and I made a mistake by picking the wrong item. I read the instructions on the paperwork and it said not to send it back to the UK.
