I just bought this shampoo and conditioner set from this company, and I must say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. The shampoo made my hair feel so clean and fresh, but didn't take away its natural oils. And the conditioner gave me just the right amount of hydration without making my hair heavy. Plus, the smell of the products was nice, not too strong. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be getting more from this company in the future.

I am so disappointed with the service I got from this online store. I waited forever for my order to come and when it finally did, the items were really bad quality. They flood my inbox like there's no end in sight. I've hit unsubscribe more times than I can remember, but they always manage to sneak back in. It's like they get a kick out of bombarding me with their never-ending deals and pitches. So, unless you're cool with your inbox turning into a spam wasteland, steer clear of handing over any contact info to them.

Terrible Customer Service
The quality of the clothing is top-notch, but the customer service is just terrible. I've been a loyal customer for years, but my recent attempt to return an item was a disaster. It's been a month and a half since I asked for a refund, and despite sending multiple emails with all the info they need, I have been totally ignored. It's obvious they don't care at all about us, the customers, and I won't be giving them my business again after this mess. There are plenty of other brands with great products and way better customer service out there.

I just bought a manual online and I wasn't too happy with how it was all over the place. It didn't have a table of contents, so it was hard to find what I needed. But, the company's customer service team got in touch with me after my purchase to check in. I told them how frustrated I was with the disorganization, and they really went above and beyond to fix it. They sent me a new digital copy of the manual that was well-organized and easy to use. I have to say, their customer service was amazing and they really wanted to make sure I was happy. Even though it started off rough, I'm now really happy with my purchase.

Aftershave and other items
I was really looking forward to trying out Small Flower since I heard good things about their products. I ordered some aftershave and a few other items that I couldn't wait to get. But when the package arrived, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The aftershave had leaked all over the box and ruined everything else inside. It was really frustrating to receive items in such a messy condition, especially after spending a good amount of money on them. The shipping process definitely needs some serious improvement because this whole experience left me feeling really let down. I wasn't happy with the service overall and how the items were poorly packaged. Unfortunately, this mistake has made me think twice about shopping with this company again. It's just so annoying to wait for a package only to end up with damaged goods.
