Shaving cream and shaving brush
Smallflower is amazing! I've been using it for a few years now to get some good English shaving cream for my shaving brush. They have a wide selection of products at great prices. I mean, where else could a guy like me find these kinds of products outside of London, you know? And not only that, but their brushes and blades are really affordable too. I always feel like I'm treating myself to some top-quality items when I shop here. On top of that, their service is excellent and they always deliver my orders quickly. Smallflower is definitely my favorite place for all my shaving essentials!
Powder underarm deodorant
I recently bought a powder underarm deodorant again cuz I really liked how well it worked. It doesn't have any aluminum chlorhydrate in it, has a nice cedar scent, and comes in a handy shaker. Just sprinkle some on your hands and put it on your underarms to stay fresh and dry all day. I have sensitive skin and I'm happy this product is gentle and doesn't irritate me, it's definitely the right choice for me. Plus, it's all-natural without any harsh chemicals, which I think is great. Overall, I'm super happy with this deodorant and will keep using it in the future.
Deodorants, colognes, great service, great items
When I got my order from this company, I was really impressed with how good the products were. German hand creams
The Atrix and Kamil hand creams that I bought were really good. They came on time and were even better than I thought they would be. These hand creams made me think of the ones my grandma and mom used back when I was a kid in Europe. It's hard to find them here in Canada, but they're way better than the usual hand creams you find in stores. My skin feels much softer now and my hands are getting better protection, thanks to these hand creams.
Order Delayed
I ordered something last Wednesday but it still hasn't shown up by Saturday. I called customer service and they said it's delayed because of the weather. I even paid extra for shipping and they said it won't come until next Wednesday - a whole week later! They really need to sort out their shipping system. I'm not coming back here again with such slow delivery times.

I just bought some toothpaste from that store and I gotta say, the service was top-notch! Ordering was a breeze and my stuff arrived quickly. When I got my package, I saw that everything was wrapped up real nice in bubble wrap, so nothing got damaged. It's clear the staff really care about what they do. And the prices are amazing, plus ordering online is a breeze. When my package arrived, it was packed really well and came super quickly. I'm a huge fan of Small Flower!
2 bottles Santa Maria Novella Body Lotion (Vanilla)
I just got 2 bottles of this super amazing lotion! I came across it when I was in Italy, and now I can use it at home. You gotta give them a call to place an order, but trust me, it's totally worth it. The folks on the phone are really friendly. This lotion makes my skin feel incredibly soft and silky, it's honestly the greatest!
Broken product, replacement cap requested
I bought something from the store not long ago, but it showed up broken. So I got in touch with customer service to ask for a new cap to fix the leak. But they said no to the cap replacement, and instead offered a new bottle if I sent back the broken one. I didn't like the way they talked to me, it was kinda rude. And dealing with the whole return process was a hassle, especially with the shoddy packaging. There was no Styrofoam or anything to protect the product during shipping, so of course it got damaged.
Santa Maria Novella perfume purchase
I was looking everywhere for Santa Maria Novella perfumes since they're not easy to find in Canada. I was a bit unsure about ordering from a website I didn't know well, especially after reading some mixed reviews. But, I took a chance and I'm really happy I did. Small Flower went above and beyond what I expected.
Unique, hard-to-find items
Even though the products this business offers are unique and hard to find, I'm really disappointed with how slow they are at processing orders and their not-so-great customer service. I've bought from them twice now, and both times it took them more than a week just to ship out my order. And to top it off, they choose the slowest and cheapest shipping option, adding another 7-10 days to my wait time. Waiting over 2 weeks for an order in this day and age is just not cool. Also, their inventory system seems outdated because items that are shown as in stock online are actually not available. Even though I like their products, I've decided to shop somewhere else for my European toiletries.
Cool stuff that I can't find anywhere else
Smallflower has a ton of amazing stuff that's tough to find elsewhere, which is really cool. But the packaging definitely needs some work. I got this really cool item, but it was leaking and made a huge mess in the box. I had to clean it up so it wouldn't stink like a strange disaster. I hope they can improve that soon!
First-time delivery was on time, second time it was late
I'm really pleased with the products you offer from around the world. The packaging is great. But I've had some trouble with the online support when I tried to reset my password. I've tried a bunch of times to fix it, but no luck. So now I have to order as a guest.

I bought something from Small Flower not long ago and I really like their stuff. But, man, they could improve on keeping customers in the loop about when their orders will show up. Other stores give out tracking details and estimated delivery times, but with Small Flower, it's always a guessing game. Not knowing when my order will come in makes it tough to schedule around getting my hands on the stuff I bought. It would be nice if they could step up their game in that area.
