Small Flower - Reviews and experiences

I ordered something last Wednesday but it still hasn't shown up by Saturday. I called customer service and they said it's delayed because of the weather. I even paid extra for shipping and they said it won't come until next Wednesday - a whole week later! They really need to sort out their shipping system. I'm not coming back here again with such slow delivery times.

Even though the products this business offers are unique and hard to find, I'm really disappointed with how slow they are at processing orders and their not-so-great customer service. I've bought from them twice now, and both times it took them more than a week just to ship out my order. And to top it off, they choose the slowest and cheapest shipping option, adding another 7-10 days to my wait time. Waiting over 2 weeks for an order in this day and age is just not cool. Also, their inventory system seems outdated because items that are shown as in stock online are actually not available. Even though I like their products, I've decided to shop somewhere else for my European toiletries.

Smallflower has a ton of amazing stuff that's tough to find elsewhere, which is really cool. But the packaging definitely needs some work. I got this really cool item, but it was leaking and made a huge mess in the box. I had to clean it up so it wouldn't stink like a strange disaster. I hope they can improve that soon!

My experience with this company was really disappointing. As a small business owner, I know how crucial it is to have fast and reliable service. This company didn't meet even the simplest expectations. Even though I got a notification that my items were shipped, they were stuck in their warehouse for over a week and a half. That kind of wait is just not okay and doesn't look good for their professionalism. I make sure orders are sent out quickly and efficiently, so I can't understand why this company had such a big delay in sending out orders. I've decided to make my own vanilla fragrance instead of risking shopping with this company again.

I was really looking forward to trying out Small Flower since I heard good things about their products. I ordered some aftershave and a few other items that I couldn't wait to get. But when the package arrived, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The aftershave had leaked all over the box and ruined everything else inside. It was really frustrating to receive items in such a messy condition, especially after spending a good amount of money on them. The shipping process definitely needs some serious improvement because this whole experience left me feeling really let down. I wasn't happy with the service overall and how the items were poorly packaged. Unfortunately, this mistake has made me think twice about shopping with this company again. It's just so annoying to wait for a package only to end up with damaged goods.
