Eh, trying to order stuff from this place online was such a hassle, let me tell you. I thought I was gonna get my stuff pronto, but it took forever. And they went ahead and charged my card before even shipping my order, like come on. The guy at the store told me their system's no good. Not cool, eh.

I just bought a bunch of cauldron mug glasses from this store, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the false info they had on their website. They said the glasses could go in the dishwasher and microwave, but when I got them, the packaging said otherwise. I tried reaching out to customer service for help, but all I got back was rudeness and no real solutions. Now I'm trying to get my money back through PayPal because of this mix-up. It's just not cool for a company to have the wrong details on their site, making customers upset and annoyed. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping at this online store in the future.
