    Bait and switch tactic

    This store is a complete disaster, eh? I ordered something and it was not only late, but when I asked about it, I was given the runaround and told to wait for some mysterious payment verification team to get back to me, eh? They ended up canceling my order without even speaking to the team, claiming it was for my safety, eh? Now, not only is the item $300 more expensive, but it's also further away from the original store, eh? To top it off, I can't even reorder the item until the verification team reviews my credit card info, eh? They've also put a hold on my money for a week for something that never even reached me, eh? And to make it worse, there's no way to directly contact the verification team, eh? This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and I swear I'll never go back to that store again, eh.

    Hiking boots purchase

    I just got some hiking boots on sale from an online store. I went half a size up because I heard they fit small, but even then they were too tight. I reached out to customer service to swap them for a bigger size, but they told me the sale was final and no refunds. Really disappointed and definitely going to look for another place to shop.

I was looking for some new outdoor clothes and they helped me find the perfect ones, eh? And guess what? They were super cheap, eh? Then, I went to another store and the same stuff was crazy expensive, eh? So, just wanted to give a shout out to this store and the awesome employees there, eh? Plus, their own brand of clothes is just amazing, eh? Thanks for being awesome, store!

    I recently ordered a rifle from this store that they said they had in stock. I was so pumped to finally find the model I wanted, but that excitement turned into major annoyance fast. They charged my card but the online order status said "pending shipment" for weeks. It was obvious they never actually had the gun and were just messing with customers. Super not cool to deceive people like that - I feel like I got played and wasted my time and money. Definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them because saving a bit of cash isn't worth all the trouble and lies.

    I just bought these hiking boots from the store on Piney River Road, eh. But let me tell ya, my interaction with the sales staff was not great, eh. When I brought up my concerns about the customer service I received, Chadwell, the guy I talked to, was super rude and dismissive, eh. Can you believe he actually had the nerve to suggest I shouldn't come back if I didn't like how they treat customers, eh? That kind of attitude is just not okay and reflects badly on the whole store, eh. It looks like customer service isn't a priority for the sales team at this place, and that's gotta change, eh.

    Awful customer service at the store in Rohnert Park, CA. Waited forever for ammo and no one helped me. Came back the next day, had to wait forever again with no assistance. Employees were too busy talking to each other to help customers. It's just ridiculous and not okay. They should shut this store down, they're losing more money than they're making.

    I recently ordered some fishing gear from this store and let me tell you, the service was pretty disappointing. One of the things I ordered didn't even get shipped and I had to contact customer service to figure out what was going on. It took them a whole day to respond, and even then, all they did was give me a new tracking number for my item. It was irritating to have to constantly bug them about just sending off my order. On the other hand, I have to give props to the person I dealt with - they were awesome and super helpful once they did respond.

    Change of shipping address issue

    So, I had this not-so-great thing happen with the store when I tried to change the shipping address for something I bought. At first, they sent it to a store for me to pick up, but I wanted it sent to my house. When I talked to customer service, they said I had to cancel the order, which could take about 5 days. Then it would take another 7 days for me to get my money back. Can you believe they even had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reorder after all that trouble? I said thanks but no thanks, and went to another store instead. This whole ordeal left me pretty frustrated and inconvenienced, so I won't be giving this store my business again.

    I was at the store the other day and it was really impressive. The staff there were super friendly, knew their stuff, and made sure I was in and out in no time. And the prices on the stuff I bought were pretty good, maybe even better than other places. All in all, a solid shopping trip!

    Wanted fishing pole

    There was hardly anyone around to help in the store! I only saw one cashier who seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. I was looking to snag a fishing pole, but there wasn't a single employee in sight to help me out. It was beyond frustrating, they might as well shut down shop.

    The low price guarantee at the store is kind of tricky because they say they'll match prices from certain online stores like Amazon. But when I tried to get a price match on something from Amazon, they said no because it wasn't directly sold and shipped by Amazon, but by a different company. They didn't make that clear in their ads, so it's misleading. It's annoying to think you're following their rules and then get denied over a small detail like that.

    I recently bought some camping gear for an outdoor trip at this place and honestly, it was a huge letdown. I placed my order in the middle of December hoping to get everything by a certain date. But, only half of my stuff showed up on time, and the other half was in stock but I couldn't pick it up in-store. It was so frustrating not knowing when everything would arrive, and it messed up my trip planning. Plus, the customer service was seriously lacking - I was pretty much on my own trying to sort things out. The website didn't help either, with wrong info on item availability in the store causing even more confusion. All in all, my experience with this store was nowhere near good enough.

    Gun Purchase, Loyalty Program Sign-Up

    Hey there, so I went to this store and picked up a couple of guns, and also signed up for their loyalty program. But man, I gotta say, my experience was pretty disappointing. I noticed that I didn't get all the points I should have on my loyalty account after the purchase. I tried reaching out to customer service to get some answers, but I got no response at all. They just blamed the credit card company for not reporting our purchases correctly. It was pretty frustrating to not get any explanation or help to fix the issue. As a first-time customer, I was really looking forward to shopping there again, but after that experience, I don't think I'll be going back. It's not cool to not be transparent and ignore customer concerns. I'd suggest thinking twice before giving this company your business and maybe look for a store that actually cares about their customers.

    As a customer at Sportsman's Warehouse, I had a bad experience ordering a rifle online from their site recently. There were a lot of communication problems and I didn't hear back from them at all. I placed my order and got no updates or emails confirming it. To top it off, the hold on my debit card expired without any notice from Sportsman's Warehouse. I tried getting in touch with them by phone and email to cancel the order, but got no response from them at all.

    I went to buy some camping gear for my big trip this summer. The store was pretty awesome and had a ton of stuff to choose from. I picked out everything I needed and chatted with one of the workers for some extra info. They were helpful, but when I finally placed my order, it felt like forever until it arrived. I placed the order back in February and only received an email confirming they got it. Later, I found out it was shipped from really far away to a store near me. I had to drive all the way there just to pick up my stuff. Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper!

    I went to that store three times to get a gun and some ammo, but man, the customer service was brutal! I was waiting for over twenty minutes each time and those employees were taking their sweet time, not even bothering to give me a nod. At least at other places, they say hi! Forget about going back to that shop in Murrieta.

Finally, after days of waiting and being confused, they emailed me saying I couldn't make online orders anymore, and I could only shop in person. The lack of clear answers and the mix up in info made me feel pretty underwhelmed and let down by their customer service. It's too bad that a company I've had good experiences with before now has me feeling so disappointed.
