I just bought these hiking boots from the store on Piney River Road, eh. But let me tell ya, my interaction with the sales staff was not great, eh. When I brought up my concerns about the customer service I received, Chadwell, the guy I talked to, was super rude and dismissive, eh. Can you believe he actually had the nerve to suggest I shouldn't come back if I didn't like how they treat customers, eh? That kind of attitude is just not okay and reflects badly on the whole store, eh. It looks like customer service isn't a priority for the sales team at this place, and that's gotta change, eh.

I had some trouble when I tried to order some personalized M&M's as a customer. At first, I couldn't get the website to work on my Firefox browser, which was pretty annoying. I had a super frustrating time with the online customer service. It was so hard to talk to an actual person for help. The lack of communication between the two companies just made everything worse. I think I'll probably never shop online with them again, even though I really like their shoes.

Women's black driving gloves
As a Canadian customer, I knew that the shipping might take a while, but I was okay with waiting for something good. I have to admit, the black driving gloves for women that I bought were even better than I thought. The leather is really soft and they fit perfectly like they said they would. Running shoes and flip flops
I gotta say, my time at Famous Footwear was pretty disappointing. The online ordering was a mess, lots of glitches and hard to find stuff. The service in-store wasn't great either, employees were more into chatting than helping customers. Prices were okay, but delivery was super slow. I could've gone to the store myself and back faster than my order arrived. All in all, I was left feeling let down and annoyed with Famous Footwear.
