Long time user
I've been using this thing for so long, it's been great. They used to have their own products then changed things up. They started linking to other stuff but it wasn't as good. Even though they have a lot of groups and it's fast, I haven't been using it much lately, so I decided to cancel.
TV series streaming subscription
As someone who has been using a TV series streaming service for a while now, I have to say that the overall service was okay. But, I had some big concerns about the content that was available on there. It seemed like they weren't very clear about where the content was coming from, which made me think that a lot of it might have been pirated. And that kind of shady stuff can put your computer at risk for viruses and all that. Even though I could watch some American TV shows, it started to feel like a chore, so I ended up deciding to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, canceling turned out to be a bit of a hassle. I managed to stop the automatic payments through PayPal, but then they offered me another free trial that I didn't want. Even so, they kept bugging me for payment even though I had already cancelled. They were asking for extra money that I didn't owe, and talking to customer service didn't really help at all. In the end, I had to send them a formal letter to finally straighten things out. The whole experience left me feeling irritated and really let down.
VPN service subscription
I've been using this VPN service for a while now, and I gotta say, they've always been really professional and straight-up with their customers. They send confirmation emails for everything, which is awesome. But here's the thing - I used to be able to call their customer service team, no problem. Now, I just get an error message and have to send an email ticket instead. Despite this change, their email responses are still top-notch and tailored to me.
Usenet access for 3 years
I've been using this service for nearly three years now and I have to say, I've never had any issues with viruses. It's always important to be careful when using the usenet, but thanks to the easy-to-use software they provide, I can search efficiently and save a lot of time.
Online subscription for downloading media content
The price is definitely a steal, but as a Canadian customer, it's kind of frustrating that a bunch of the content isn't in English. How am I supposed to enjoy it if I can't even understand it? Come on, give us a bit more variety!
Unauthorized payment, delayed access
This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I made a payment for my account and then couldn't log in anymore. Their customer service was non-existent, completely ignoring my emails. When I tried to reset my password through their portal, I didn't even get a confirmation email. It was beyond frustrating and made me feel like I was being scammed. After multiple tries, I finally got an email with a link to reset my password. It took far too long to sort out this problem, and it shouldn't have been so hard to begin with.
Digital content downloads
As someone who's been using this platform for a while now, I gotta say, it's been my go-to for all my digital content needs. And whenever I come across any tech glitches with my downloads, the customer support team is always there to lend a hand. And if, by chance, they can't fix it, they always make it up to me with some extra storage space. I really appreciate how there's never any fuss or argument when I have concerns with UseNeXT.
