The customer service at USENEXT was super helpful when I called with a couple of questions about my online purchase. They knew their stuff and were able to help me right away. Overall, I'm totally happy with my experience and would definitely recommend USENEXT to anyone looking for digital content.

I really love the fact that I can just easily download movies, series, and music in really great quality for a reasonable price. The customer service has been top-notch too, with super knowledgeable and helpful staff there to assist me whenever I need. Cancelled purchase via email
I just canceled my purchase through email and it was so easy and quick! Even though I heard some people had issues, my experience was great. The customer service team was really helpful and got back to me right away, making the cancellation super simple. I really liked how easy it was to talk to them and how professional they were.
My email cancellation not accepted
I sent an email to try and cancel, but they told me the cancellation didn't go through and still took money out of my bank account. I had to get a lawyer to help me sort it out.

Free trial sign-up
I tried out a free trial on a website after clicking a link to get a children's book PDF. But when I signed up, it turned out to be just an ad and not what I wanted. I tried to cancel my trial on my account page, but couldn't find how to do it. I sent an email about it, but haven't heard back yet. It looks like others have had the same problem, so I'm sharing my experience in the hopes of getting some help too.
Long time user
I've been using this thing for so long, it's been great. They used to have their own products then changed things up. They started linking to other stuff but it wasn't as good. Even though they have a lot of groups and it's fast, I haven't been using it much lately, so I decided to cancel.
Quick and efficient customer service
The customer service was amazing! The staff were so friendly, knew their stuff, and helped me right away with my problem. I didn't have to wait forever on hold, which was a nice change. I was really impressed with how quickly they fixed everything for me. You guys are doing a great job!
TV series streaming subscription
As someone who has been using a TV series streaming service for a while now, I have to say that the overall service was okay. But, I had some big concerns about the content that was available on there. It seemed like they weren't very clear about where the content was coming from, which made me think that a lot of it might have been pirated. And that kind of shady stuff can put your computer at risk for viruses and all that. Even though I could watch some American TV shows, it started to feel like a chore, so I ended up deciding to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, canceling turned out to be a bit of a hassle. I managed to stop the automatic payments through PayPal, but then they offered me another free trial that I didn't want. Even so, they kept bugging me for payment even though I had already cancelled. They were asking for extra money that I didn't owe, and talking to customer service didn't really help at all. In the end, I had to send them a formal letter to finally straighten things out. The whole experience left me feeling irritated and really let down.
Trial to Annual Scam
I signed up for a trial and then next thing I know, I'm locked into a full year subscription! I tried to cancel but they weren't having it. They even sent someone to my door demanding payment. Now I'm stuck with this silly 30gb limit for a whole year, like who even survives on that little data?! I'm so frustrated right now.
Membership cancellation and debt collection
I had to cancel my membership with the company after being a loyal customer for over ten years. Their new application messed up my operating system, and even though I tried to fix it, I had to cancel in the end. Then, they sent debt collectors after me, making me pay just to make them go away. It really ticked me off how they treated me after all those years of being a customer. It's pretty disappointing and frustrating how they care more about money than their customers.
Extend contract
I absolutely adore Usenext! Recently, I had to extend my contract and it was a breeze. I called in and chatted with a super friendly person who helped me right away. Everything went smoothly and I was really happy with the service. They made it so easy and stress-free, which I really appreciate. Their customer service is top-notch!
VPN service subscription
I've been using this VPN service for a while now, and I gotta say, they've always been really professional and straight-up with their customers. They send confirmation emails for everything, which is awesome. But here's the thing - I used to be able to call their customer service team, no problem. Now, I just get an error message and have to send an email ticket instead. Despite this change, their email responses are still top-notch and tailored to me.
Usenet access for 3 years
I've been using this service for nearly three years now and I have to say, I've never had any issues with viruses. It's always important to be careful when using the usenet, but thanks to the easy-to-use software they provide, I can search efficiently and save a lot of time.
Downloading software
I've been using this download software since 2011 and it's been nothing but positive experiences. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help with any questions I might have. I definitely plan on sticking with this service for a long time.
Online subscription for downloading media content
The price is definitely a steal, but as a Canadian customer, it's kind of frustrating that a bunch of the content isn't in English. How am I supposed to enjoy it if I can't even understand it? Come on, give us a bit more variety!
New movies, good music
I really enjoyed my time at USENEXT. They have a great collection of new movies and good music. The staff is always so helpful and nice. Overall, my experience with this service has been awesome, and I plan to keep using it in the future.
Signup drama
Oh man, steer clear of using their service, cancelling is such a pain! Customer support is absolutely useless and they keep charging me even though I cancelled. Definitely stay away!
