I had to give customer service a call because there was a problem with my coupon, but the agent was able to sort it out right away with no issues. The package came quickly and was exactly what I was expecting. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by how great the service was and I would definitely shop with them again.

Oh man, steer clear of using their service, cancelling is such a pain! Customer support is absolutely useless and they keep charging me even though I cancelled. Definitely stay away!
