Video downloading app that no longer works on Youtube
I was so disappointed with the app I bought from this company. It used to let me download videos, but then it stopped working on Youtube. Even though they said they would fix it with a subscription, Softorino didn't do anything and just ended the app. They tried to make us sign up for their service instead. It felt like they tricked us, and I was upset with how they didn't tell us what was going on or help us out.

Just got my new set of golf clubs and shoes from this amazing online store. The clubs look really awesome and I can't wait to bring them out at the next game. I just bought some emergency supplies from that store the other day. The delivery of my order got delayed, which was pretty annoying. They said in an email that it would be shipped soon, but I still haven't got it. They did give me a $10 coupon for my next purchase to make up for it, but I don't think that's enough. I really care about getting my stuff on time and being able to rely on a store, and they didn't come through for me this time. I might look into other places for my emergency supplies from now on.

Store credit issue
I recently had a disappointing experience with an online retailer. I had to deal with their store credit policy, and even though the customer service was okay, I was frustrated that they only offered store credit instead of putting the money back on my card. The sizes of the items I bought with store credit were wrong multiple times, so I returned 5 out of 6 items from my last order. They were all supposed to be XL, but the sizing was all over the place. Today, when I asked them to refund my card, they said no and only wanted to give me store credit again. It's been an ongoing issue, and I feel like they're keeping my money hostage. I think any business should prioritize customers, but unfortunately, this retailer isn't doing that.

Eh, so I bought these waterproof pants, right? But they are so darn slim that I can't even slip 'em on or off over my golf shoes! Like, seriously, what's the point of waterproof pants if you gotta take your shoes off every time? I contacted Customer Service and they basically said they made 'em like that on purpose! What a disappointment, eh? 😒

Bouquet of roses for anniversary
I was so disappointed with my latest purchase from that place. I got a bouquet of roses for our anniversary, thinking they would be fresh and gorgeous. But instead, what I got was a sad excuse for a bouquet - petals all wilted, edges turning brown, and just not fresh at all. It was so embarrassing to give my partner such a sad-looking bouquet on our special day. The Flower Factory really messed up this time.

Disappointing sailing trip
The sailing trip around the islands was kind of disappointing, to be honest. The boat was having a bunch of issues that took away from the whole experience. The guide was alright at organizing things, but they didn't really know much about the animals and plants in the area, so it made the journey less interesting. It would've been nice to have some info sheets on board to help us identify what we were seeing. And it felt like the crew was more focused on making money than making sure we had a great time. I used to be a skipper, and I wouldn't feel right running a boat in that condition.

I bought a fishing rod last year and the tip broke like crazy fast, like within 10 minutes. They claim the new one is tougher, but I'm not totally convinced. The previous one was garbage and I had to get a replacement before I even caught a fish. Next time, I think I'll switch it up and go with a different brand, maybe Sage.
