Waterproof trousers too slim
Eh, so I bought these waterproof pants, right? But they are so darn slim that I can't even slip 'em on or off over my golf shoes! Like, seriously, what's the point of waterproof pants if you gotta take your shoes off every time? I contacted Customer Service and they basically said they made 'em like that on purpose! What a disappointment, eh? 😒

Disappointing sailing trip
The sailing trip around the islands was kind of disappointing, to be honest. The boat was having a bunch of issues that took away from the whole experience. The guide was alright at organizing things, but they didn't really know much about the animals and plants in the area, so it made the journey less interesting. It would've been nice to have some info sheets on board to help us identify what we were seeing. And it felt like the crew was more focused on making money than making sure we had a great time. I used to be a skipper, and I wouldn't feel right running a boat in that condition.
But, on the bright side, the chef on board was amazing! They made some really delicious meals for us during the trip.Review about: USENEXT

Expandable backpack
The customer service I got when I bought my expandable backpack was really great. The person helping me was quick and their solutions were top-notch. The expandability of the backpack has been super handy, especially during tough times like the West Maui fires. I've been able to move between home and work easily thanks to how practical the bag is. But there are a couple of small design things that I'd like to see improved. Once things calm down, I'll make a detailed YouTube review to share my thoughts. But overall, I really love my backpack, especially since it was a sweet birthday gift from my family.

Bought a fishing rod
I bought a fishing rod last year and the tip broke like crazy fast, like within 10 minutes. They claim the new one is tougher, but I'm not totally convinced. The previous one was garbage and I had to get a replacement before I even caught a fish. Next time, I think I'll switch it up and go with a different brand, maybe Sage.
