    The company used to have really cool stuff and great customer service, but lately it hasn't been as good. I returned some items in October and I'm still waiting for my money back. I even sent them an email today saying I might have to report them and take legal action, and now I don't trust them anymore.

    Oh my goodness, I can't even believe what happened with my order, eh! I've been buying stuff from there for so long, but this time they totally messed up, you know? I paid extra for fast shipping, but my order took forever to get here. When I asked about it, they were like "oh sorry, there was a delay". Like, really? So not cool, eh! Just a heads up, the sizes can be a bit all over the place, so make sure to check the size guide before buying. All in all, I'm super pumped about the steals I find on Zulily and will definitely keep shopping there.

    Misleading product descriptions

    I was really disappointed with the stuff I got. The leather boots were cheap, the leggings got all messed up after one wash, and the "sweater" was just terrible. When I tried to get my money back, they said no unless I sent back all those little bags the stuff came in. Like, who even keeps those? It was not a good experience overall.

    Item Mix-up

    I'm so upset with the way this company has been handling things. It's so frustrating that they didn't even bother to reach out to me about my payment problem before sending it to a collections agency. Now my credit score is messed up all because of their mistake over $7.49. And it's ridiculous that they say they tried 11 times to get the payment through without ever actually talking to me. This is not how a good company should treat their customers when it comes to billing problems.

    Long delivery wait time

    I ordered my stuff back on May 22nd, 2023, and it's been three weeks since then, but I still haven't gotten my packages. I'm annoyed because I can't even track my order, the website just says it's "in transit". Waiting this long for my stuff is starting to get to me, especially since they already charged my credit card. This whole thing has let me down, and I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from this company.

    New changes to the app

    Yeah, those new changes to the app are terrible, eh? The new owner really messed things up and now it's a pain to shop on there. They got rid of some great features like the waitlist and the ability to save items for later. Why bother even using the app if they took away the option to pay in installments with the Zulily credit card? I'm really disappointed with these changes and if they don't sort it out, I'll have to stop shopping there.

    Recent disappointing changes

    I've been shopping at this online store for well over a decade now, mainly because they used to have these amazing European brands that were one-of-a-kind and I absolutely adored. Sadly, I have to agree with a lot of other folks out there who say that Zulily just ain't what it used to be. The recent changes they've made definitely haven't been for the better. It seems like all those unique pieces and European brands are totally gone, even before the pandemic hit. Now, most of the stuff seems to be coming from China, with prints that are kinda low-quality and sizing that's all over the place. I find myself returning things more often than actually keeping them. It's pretty disappointing to see the lack of cool new stuff on their site. The few new brands they do have are pretty pricey. I've cut back a lot on shopping at Zulily because I just can't seem to find anything unique or fresh that I haven't seen or bought before. I've noticed that a ton of items that are on sale or closing out on Zulily can be found on other sites like Shein or Temu for way cheaper, with the same quality and quicker delivery. Unless Zulily makes some major changes real soon, I'm worried they might lose another loyal customer, and that's honestly really sad to think about.

    Store credit issue

    I recently had a disappointing experience with an online retailer. I had to deal with their store credit policy, and even though the customer service was okay, I was frustrated that they only offered store credit instead of putting the money back on my card. The sizes of the items I bought with store credit were wrong multiple times, so I returned 5 out of 6 items from my last order. They were all supposed to be XL, but the sizing was all over the place. Today, when I asked them to refund my card, they said no and only wanted to give me store credit again. It's been an ongoing issue, and I feel like they're keeping my money hostage. I think any business should prioritize customers, but unfortunately, this retailer isn't doing that.

    My new stuff

    I just received my new items that I ordered online and I am so excited to try them out! The shipping was really slow, it felt like forever for my package to arrive. I was practically dying waiting for it! The quality of what I received is decent, nothing too fancy but it's alright. Later on, I discovered that I could have purchased the same items on Amazon for a much cheaper price! Like, why did I even bother with this store? In the past, I used to find really cool stuff here, but now it's just average. And don't even get me started on the free shipping threshold, who has $89 to spend just to qualify for free shipping? Definitely not me!

    Eh, so I bought these Dansko slippers in a size 39, which fits like a size 9. This is my second pair and let me tell you, they are so comfy. Got them for half the price on Zulily compared to a big store - what a steal! They showed up in about 5 days, pretty decent delivery time if you ask me. Definitely would recommend getting your Dansko slippers from Zulily, eh.

    Over the past few years, I've bought a bunch of clothes from this place, especially from the Lily brand. I've dropped a fair bit of cash on these buys and, for the most part, I've been happy with what I've gotten - always finding cool, unique stuff. The customer service has been top-notch too. But lately, I've noticed the quality of the stuff isn't as good as it used to be. Some items are starting to pill after a wash, and some tunics have this cheap white lining that doesn't do the product any favors. Plus, the prices seem to be going up, there's not as much stuff to pick from, and the website doesn't let you save your faves anymore, which kinda sucks. It's a bummer to see these changes, especially knowing people are getting laid off without getting what they're owed.
