My time with the bus tour and cruise was really disappointing, eh. Every time I've tried reaching out to customer service through email or social media to ask about the shipping delays, my comments mysteriously disappear, and I don't get a response until they finally give me the tracking info. It's frustrating to see a lack of honesty and professionalism when it comes to handling customer feedback and criticism.

At first, I didn't really have any problems with the anti-virus software. It was doing its job fine, keeping my computer safe and all that jazz. But then, I ran into this weird issue where this one file was constantly being marked as infected with a virus. And this file was super important for my work, so I couldn't just delete it. I tried scanning it multiple times and fixing it, but the software kept freaking out about it. It was so annoying and caused me a lot of hassle. In the end, I had to find another way to protect my computer and make sure my files were safe.

Oh my gosh, I finally got my first order from this store! It did take a bit longer to arrive, but I'm guessing it's because of the pandemic. I got this awesome nail polish set and it was wrapped up so nicely. The colors were gorgeous, just what I was hoping for. I recently bought Hard Disk Manager 17 and I gotta say, I was super let down by the lack of support from the company. I've been a loyal user of their products for ages and they've always been reliable and helpful. But, when I tried to use the new version after reinstalling Windows 11, I ran into a frustrating error that stopped me from using it. Even after following all the troubleshooting steps and sending them all the necessary logs, they made me wait 10 long months only to offer a refund because they couldn't help me with their own product. It's so frustrating to see their customer service and support go downhill like this. I really hope they can go back to their old ways and prioritize helping their customers instead of ignoring support requests. It's really sad to see such a great company fall like this.
