I've been waiting for customer support for over a month now and still haven't received a proper response. It's terrible service!
Antivirus software purchase
Lately my computer was acting weird so I freaked out a bit and decided to run a scan. Turns out I had a "trojan" (a really bad virus) that had slipped through somehow. Pretty disappointing after 2 years of good use. Thinking about getting a new one now. Bummer!

Free internet security
I reckon free internet security is pretty crucial, especially when you're online non-stop like me. I gave another one a shot before and boy, was that a bad idea - it attempted to infect my computer with a virus, yuck! Thankfully, my new one, which I won't disclose the name of but it starts with "threesixty," took care of it immediately. I'm even considering shelling out some money for it because I'm so impressed! The website is a breeze to navigate and I don't understand why some folks find it tricky. It's way easier to use compared to others I've tested out in the past.
Effective antivirus purchase
Hey there! So, the antivirus software I bought came with a 3-year service plan and was doing a great job on my Windows 7 Home Premium until December 18, 2022. All of a sudden, it started blocking a bunch of functions on my Windows 7 system. I can't shut down my computer and the system recovery options aren't working. It seems like it's blocking internet pages as well. Any suggestions on what I should do next?
Antivirus software troubles
After having some trouble with my old antivirus software, I thought I'd test out this new one. Turns out, it was a nightmare! It behaved more like malware than a real antivirus program. I had a hard time getting rid of it, as it kept popping back up. I even found a sneaky registry entry that made it come back after I deleted it. And the program stubbornly restarted itself no matter what I did. It was such a frustrating experience, I would definitely advise everyone to steer clear of this antivirus software.

When I installed the software, it asked for admin rights which means it has full control over my Windows system and gets really deep into it. The company that made the software is in China and they store the data in different countries like the US and Singapore. This worries me because these places don't have strong data protection laws, and I really care about my privacy and data security. So, I suggest everyone do some research and think carefully before getting this kind of security software.
Bad uninstall process
I just really don't like this software, eh? I tried to uninstall it, but it's a real pain because it leaves behind these sneaky files that keep reinstalling it. It's like dealing with a pesky virus that refuses to bugger off, no matter how hard you try.

I'm really stoked that I found this free antivirus! It keeps my computer safe and deals with any issues it's got. I am feeling really let down by the lack of help I've been getting with my premium membership. Even though they promise premium support, I've been trying to reach out to them for a whole year and haven't heard anything back. It's frustrating and I feel like I'm just throwing my money away.

So, like, this weird thing just popped up on my computer out of nowhere and I didn't even want it. And now my PC is running so slow and there are ads everywhere when I try to get rid of it. Such a waste of time, ugh.
Lightweight and effective security software
I gave that security software a shot and gotta say, it's pretty good. It's light on my computer and does a good job of keeping it safe. Didn't notice any slowdowns, which is always a bonus. But then, outta nowhere, I started getting annoying ads from Taboola Ads thanks to the security software. Like, why do I need ads popping up when I'm just trying to stay safe online? So, I ditched that software and now I'm on the lookout for something better.

I just bought the premium version of this antivirus software and I gotta say, it's been awesome so far. It's super easy to use and it does a great job at keeping my devices safe from all kinds of online threats. If you're in the market for a solid antivirus that won't break the bank, this one's a winner for sure.

I've been using their free version forever, and then I decided to splurge on their fancy premium subscription when it was on sale. But when I went to update my payment info, they totally went ahead and cancelled my account without giving me any heads up! Can you believe that? And after all that, they had the audacity to suggest that I buy it again with a different card. Complete nonsense if you ask me!
My mistake download
I accidentally downloaded this software and now I can't seem to figure out how to delete it. The interface is so confusing and this app is just plain annoying. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
