    Recent software purchase

    I recently bought some software and it was such a letdown. It kept saying good programs were bad and made all these big junk files that I couldn't even delete, taking up way too much room on my device. And to top it off, it stopped working before it was supposed to, so annoying! I definitely wouldn't suggest getting this software to anyone else.

    I bought Trend Micro Security Pro at a store, but then found out I already had a license. So, I requested a refund online on March 27th and started talking to their customer service people almost every day. I gave them all the info they needed like the receipt. But they kept asking for the same stuff over and over. Finally, on April 10th, they asked for my bank details to give me the refund. Then on April 14th, I got a message telling me to go back to the store for the refund. This whole thing made me super frustrated and made me think their customer service isn't very good. It seems like they're just stalling or they have people working there who don't know what they're doing – always asking for the same info. Their 30-day money-back guarantee didn't work out like I thought, and now I'm wondering about how they advertise their products.

    Renewal subscription for antivirus software

    I had a really frustrating experience with renewing my antivirus software recently. I've been using it for years, so I was looking forward to renewing for another year. But the installation process didn't work properly and I got stuck at the "Summary" step. I tried following all the instructions, but the serial number from my renewal letter just wouldn't go through. Every time I tried, it kept saying my subscription had expired. The online guides didn't help at all, and I couldn't get through to Technical Support. I'm done with this product and will be looking for a competitor who actually appreciates my loyalty.

    Oh my gosh, that subscription was honestly the worst! I bought it and it was so terrible, didn't even work at all. And then when it ended, they tried to renew it without my permission! I had to fight to stop them, and their customer support was totally unresponsive. Such a waste of money and time, these companies shouldn't be allowed to operate!

    As a customer who isn't great with technology, I wasn't too happy with the security software I bought. It kept interrupting me all the time. I didn't want it to control my laptop, but that's pretty much what happened. I just wanted it to do its job quietly in the background, not constantly bugging me with 'helpful' tips and showing off.

We didn't completely solve the problem, but Joyce Ann gave me a quick and easy solution that worked for me. She recommended reinstalling the software, and even offered to help me with it, but I went with the workaround because it was easier for me. This was my first time using Trend Micro's support services and it was a good experience.

    Internet Security Software

    The internet security software I bought was good on my Windows 10 computer, it did its job. But when I tried to use it on my iMac, it made everything slow. And I had trouble connecting remotely with Citrix, even though I looked at the online help. I had to turn off the software to get into my work Intranet, which was annoying. I think the software should be easier to set up. I was not impressed with my experience and won't use this software again.

    Long-time customer dissatisfaction

    I've been a loyal customer for more than ten years now, but I've hit a roadblock.     So, I got this cybersecurity software but it was totally horrible. I kept getting emails with other people's info, like seriously not good. I tried to reach out but everything was automated and all that. Gonna have to tell someone about this mess. And my Windows security didn't even let me use the software, so that's a huge red flag.     I was really looking forward to trying out that service, but it ended up being a huge letdown. I ended up cancelling my subscription within just 4 hours because it wasn't what I was hoping for. They said I'd get a refund in 7 days, but that never happened. I tried to challenge the charge with my credit card company, but they weren't helpful at all. When I called customer service, I was stuck on hold for a whopping three hours before I finally gave up in frustration. Those people are the absolute worst - they're dishonest, thieves, and clearly don't give a darn about their customers.
