I ordered a picture from them and it was really nice! But when I opened the package, I was so confused because the frame wasn't included. I thought it would be all together, but it wasn't. I had to go look for a frame for it, which was a bit annoying.

Eh, the sleeping pad and sleeping bag I got from this company were really good. The sleeping pad was so comfy and simple to blow up, made for a solid night's sleep when I was out camping. The sleeping bag was also top quality, kept me nice and toasty all night long. I gotta say, I was super impressed with how well-made and sturdy both of them were.

I just bought Trend Micro Device Security Basic for my iMac to keep it safe from malware, viruses, ransomware, and identity theft. It also has features for secure online banking and shopping. So far, I'm happy with how well it works and how easy it is to use.

The flowers looked amazing, but the delivery was a total mess. I asked for them to be delivered on Sunday, May 26th for Mother's Day, but they ended up coming a day early. The delivery guy didn't seem interested or friendly at all, and it felt like he didn't care about bringing the flowers.

I recently contacted customer service about buying speakers but they weren't much help. I tried multiple times but got no useful info. The reps just told me to check their website, which is where I started. I was really let down by their lack of support and professionalism. If this is how they treat customers, I'll be looking elsewhere for new speakers.

I just wanted to share about this fantastic support I got from a guy named Jason when I couldn't figure out how to download and install this new software thing. Jason was super patient and helpful the whole time. Even though we ran into a bunch of problems, he kept at it and we went back and forth with emails until I finally got the software up and running on my computer. And I gotta mention, the software is top-notch and has lived up to what I was expecting.
